Great sandwiches, try the Ruben you will not be disappointed

Food was good. Understaffed for a usually busy night.

Hands down the best sushi in the area. I can't speak for the other menue because I've honestly never eaten anything but sushi here. They have a super big beer menu and recently renovated their outdoor patio are in the back which makes for a great place to hang out I'm the summer.

I've always wanted to visit this restaurant! I am now extremely disappointed! Didn't like the service, no matrade at the door! Sorry, didn't like the ambiance & the food truly was disgusting! I would not recommend it! I will never go back! The wine was even bad! Seriously

I really enjoy frequenting this spot. The Office is a great place for everything from dinner for two or hang out with a group for drinks. Good energy here!

I went there for dinner at The Office Lounge the other night and let s just say it was my first and last time there, the onion soup taste like it was just water with onions boiled in it no flavor at so ever, the filet mignon was bland no seasoning at all, just by far one of the worse restaurants I have been to.

From the hostesses to the waitresses, waiters & bartenders you are attended to like family; accommodating, warm & friendly. Every dish is deliciously prepared to your liking and if not they'll make sure to get it right.

The dining side is cozy & pleasant; the bar side usually is a buzzing din especially when there is entertainment.

It has a casual, friendly atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. I never had a bad meal here. Thier sushi is incredible. By far the best you can get around Toms River.

Always consistent, always good, best place in town for a varied menu from sushi to burgers to Italian to steaks and seafood. they've been in business forever and have great service, reasonable prices.

So I found The Office when I googled local restaurants in Toms River. We were staying for one night on our way to Washington DC. It was a fabulous experience. The food was excellent as were the drinks. Our server Jay didn't miss a beat. Very personable, knew the menu well. We were all very tired from a long day of walking at six flags. Our kids 7&9 we're starving so he quickly had their food ready while my hubby and I had our appetizer. The menu had a good variety for everyone but not overwhelming. There is also a sushi bar there and it looked great. Jay engaged with us and our kids and gave us loads of information about things to do in Washington and told us of his experience with his family. Food is what makes restaurants good but it's the staff and superb customer services is what's makes them gems. My kids said while we were leaving to give 5 stars to the office and Jay.

You can actually get good sushi AND a good steak here. Not to mention burgers too. Plus the servers are really nice and do a good job. Oh, and their outside dining patio is great. Recommended.

A bar where you can still talk to people and not have to yell. Great waiters, great food. A good place for either a drink, or to bring the family for a meal.

This is a Toms River staple. The food and sushi are very good.

Terrible, sushi was gross, salad was served warm in a bowl that was for soup and the veggies were basically chopped by a monkey. Waitress didn't know the difference in basic white wines either "I thought Pinot was a Chardonnay too?" Don't waste your $$

Food is OK, not bad but not good. A little but of basic seasoning would go a long way. also a lot of pre-made foods such as frozen fries, instant mashed potatoes, canned veggie. I get that it isn't Michelin level dining but Cmon.

decor is very old and dark, definitely needs an update. layout is weird too as you have the Asian theme in back and bar and family party our front. Not horrid but not a place in specifically go out of my way for.

If you know the place then start spreading the word so others can start eating great food and freshing drinks.

Excellent place to eat. Wide variety of food from pot roast to sushi which was very good and nicely priced. A large selection of delicious desserts. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

What can I say delicious food and the sushi is fresh we eat there all the time or stop in for drinks it's a quiet place to eat drinks and food are reasonably priced. And hopefully you get Joanne or Jay as your server these two people are the best they take good care of you. Try asking for them.

Ordered dinner last night, the office sampler, a burger and a berry salad. Here is a picture of the chicken from the sampler which was for my daughter to eat. She was complaining it was hard but it looked ok on the outside. When I decided to try it, the 3 strips were rocks, solid burned inside, you can see the dark brown in the inside in the picture, completely overcooked. Mozz sticks were also overcooked just not as bad. I also requested ketchup on my burger and didnt receive ketchup, I had to use 3 packets that were for my french fries and being on vacation I dont have any ketchup here. Lastly, the berry salad was supposed to come with dressing, it came bone dry. Since we couldnt enjoy the salad dry, I called The Office to get dressing. The woman asked who helped me? I said I'm not sure, I didnt know someone was assigned to me. She asked for me to hold on, then I was hung up on. Since I gave my name I was hoping she would realize her mistake and call me back apologizing, that never happened and we ended up tossing most of the salad after giving my poor daughter the chicken from the salad since hers was absolutely terrible.

Have been going here since they opened. People are awesome, good food and a great local bar. We go every Wednesday night

This place OVER SERVES DRUNKS. Countless occasions people that walk in already drunk, they serve them.

Pretty good Sushi although it is tucked away in a corner of this large do it all Bar & Grill. Place gets packed early. Other food I have had there has been OK as well.

We went to the Office Lounge yesterday, for the first time. It was really great. We had a wonderful, friendly waitress named Doreen. She was efficient and attentive, without being obtrusive. The food , king cut prime rib and char grilled rib eye portabello, was fabulous. We would go back again, anytime.

Went for Sushi and they have a few specialty rolls that other places do not make. The sushi was great! It's all prepared in front of you freshly. Staff was friendly and service was great. Looking forward to my next visit.

I've had some of the best, most fresh sushi at this place. The service and food were top notch.

There cheese steak sandwiches are very small and i didnt like there french fries...sorry...

I do not eat fish, so can't rate that. My companions did enjoy thier seafood choices. Everything else was great. Very busy. Service somewhat slow, but much, much better than you might expect with the amount of guests do can't really fault them in that area. Prices a little high, but not at all unreasonable. Plus, the free popcorn makes up for it all!

Over priced craft beers. 10.00 for a 11 oz beer. I pay 11.00 retail for a 4pack.

One of the worst meals I ve ever had. $80 to feed the dog. Ordered steak, seafood and lobster via DD. Both the steak and lobster tasted as if they had been drowned in liquid char flavoring. Steak tasted as if it had turned. Lobsters were dry as a bone all the way through. Rice tasted box. Stuffing mix for shrimps were a gross ball of soggy super packed bread clumps. Scallops were flavorless. Salad was good. Potato was standard. Bread was hard and stale. Would not order again.

The last time I went there it was dreary, depressing and had a old smell. The staff service was slow. I noticed they renovated so I plan to go again and hope it has gotten better with a more lively atmosphere and faster service.
