Went to the Office tonight for a nice outdoor dining experience. Place was virtually empty and service was the worst I have ever seen. Moreover the manager was rude and demeaning to customers really disappointing. Food poor too. Don t waste your time.

My husband and I enjoy sitting outside on the patio with the cool fire pits. Great food. Many GF options. LOVE the deviled eggs

The service was okay,but the meals are way over priced and the taste of the meal was one of the worst I had for a long time.

Extremely slow service. They were trying to give out free drinks to appease people but after waiting over 30 minutes for food drinking was the last thing on my mind. Screwed up the order and then charged me for stuff I didn't get. Terrible.

The ATMOSPHERE!!! And staff and drinks and appetizers. We loved it. Will be coming back

If I could give lower rating I would. Manager refused to come to.the table when asked after waiting an hour and never receiving food.

Food and drinks take FOREVER. Food is good when it arrives, but order it the moment you can or you will starve.

Not great. Service is okay. Beer selection is poor. We had a couple appetizers and they were mediocre. Did not eat dinner

Interesting restaurant with historical ties. Abe Lincoln? Who knew? Interior is pleasant and a dress casual feel. Outdoor patio is spacious and with nice views. Parking garage nearby so no worries about that. Food was good. Wish there was a slightly bigger good choice, but the items the were executed well. I'll return.

Food is very good. Menu is somewhat diverse. Mostly burgers and the typical sandwiches, Reuben, Buffalo chicken, etc. They have great pulled pork nachos. There are no drink specials ever. Atmosphere is very warm, comfortable and the service is very good. Overall a good place, although slightly on the pricey side. For example Burgers are $11-$13.

Locally owned well-managed restaurant/bar adjacent to the Arcada Theater. Great combination!

Great outdoor area and beer selection. Friendly wait staff. Food was good. Fish tacos didn't need to have a fried tortilla though. But they were still good.

It's a little loud, food is good, we had burgers that were supposed to be done medium, I realize thats a tricky thing due to health issues. Burger tasted good but was a bit on the chewy side. Not sure, maybe they don't add enough egg and other stuff to soften it up. I will say, the portion sizes are more than ample and, you can put just about anything you can imagine on it!!

I'd like to try some other dishes next time, they have a pretty wide variety of things. The coleslaw side was unexpectedly good!!! My daughter had French fries with her burger, I tried one, they are excellent.

Cool atmosphere and nice outdoor area that they have enclosed for the winter, so, great place to take in some March Madness as we did, have a few beers and some bar food.

Fun place to come after work too!

Maybe call it "The After Office"! Or...The Post Office...ooops, can't do that!!!

Service and food both hit or miss. Great when good...poor when not.

One of my preferred spots to eat. good location, always clean, and good service. I recommend this place!

Patio is nice. Service is slow. 20 minutes for drinks. Another 30 minutes for appetizers. Another 30 minutes for dinner. Food was fair to good. Ordered burger medium and it came out VERY well done. Drinks were good.

Not the best, but certainly not the worst. Might return.

It was very quiet on a Monday night so we could take our time and really enjoy our meal. Our server lit the fireplace for us to take off the chill of a cold night and we appreciated that greatly. The food was excellent!!!

The environment was more cozy than clubby. The food, drinks, and service was fabulous! We had the nacho appetizer, street tacos, and the Reuben. So so good. Definitely going again!

Visited St Charles today, stopped at the office for lunch. Our server Isacc was amazing, food and atmosphere alway great.

The Lemon Chicken, Capers and the leafy Spinish was to Die For!

We love coming here when the weather cooperates. Go for a bike ride on the Fox and have a late lunch on the patio. As always the food was great as well as the service. Glad that they were open. One of our favorite places out west.

The food was really good, i got the chicken salad with sweet potato fries,, my mother in law ordered the pulled pork, and husband got the chicken cajin blt everything was delicious! Everyone was out on their beautiful patio.

Terrible and rude staff. You're much better making the trip down the road to Geneva and finding a different spot.

This was the first and last time I will ever be visiting this restaurant. I've been in service industry for 30 years of my life serving bartending and whatnot. I do understand when things are busy and the restaurant is full the things take time but when you're waiting for dinner for an hour and a half on a Saturday afternoon and granted it was in the 4th of July but the server was overloaded she didn't collect for a drinks to get refilled she brought out half hour order the time it was a very unhappy experience. They said it's on the balcony I think we were the only table with no umbrella and it started raining outside trying to get somebody to help us relocate but he had no luck in that it either. The server was nice actually she was very nice but the overall experience was horrible I will not be returning

Very Good pub food and service. Really good grass fed burgers.

Bartender with long brown hair was so rude and didn t wear a mask the entire time. I even witnessed her being super condescending to other employees.

Had a great time there with coworkers. Have no idea about prices though as they were bought for me. Great atmosphere and good drinks. Service was really good too.

One of the best patios in St. Charles. Tables were safely spaced and staff wore masks. Good burgers and pulled pork sandwiches and good service.

Too damn slow. Dont bring kids cause the food takes forever to come out. Drinks are good and fun and food is good but waitor and food were just slacking. Over priced too

The food is good--go for the fish and chips! It gets very crowded on weekends, especially if there's a show next door at the Arcada, but they have a tent for overflow seating that works well even in the winter.

We got the best pizza ever in the area. We really had a nice experience being at this place. I will frequently visit this restaurant for more pizza.

I always feel welcome when I stop in here, the management and the staff are super people who always have a smile for me! I only had time for a beer but the food is delicious and prepared to order, everything here is really good and I have not been disappointed by any menu item. I enjoy the atmosphere here and the outgoing demeanor of all the employees, the office is truly a great place to grab a drink and a fantastic meal

We always have the best experience at the office! Elly and David at the bar at terrific. They make us feel welcome and at home. The food is delicious and the coctails are better!

We had the burgers and they were very good. My wife had the ahi tuna mini burgers and also very good! The server we great too. Great place to go to if your visiting St Charles.

The ambience is awesome, they have 4 fire tables in outside court it takes your experience to another level. Waitress are good , good service couldn't try the food the kitchen was closed

Also Google says it closes at 12 but it closes 11 just another effect of corona

Nice bar with an upscale atmosphere where you can talk and have a few drinks. Plenty of seating and parking. Don't drink and drive.
