Just received the most beautiful bespoke swing, Caren was so helpful throughout the process, providing really great advice. The craftsmanship is superb, the swing will be a wonderful heirloom and is now hanging from our magnolia tree, pride of place for all to see. I recently bought a beautiful tray from The Oak and Rope Company and I realised afterwards that I wanted to customise the gorgeous piece. However I needed it 3 days later as I was visiting the recipient. With Christmas approaching and their workshop incredibly busy, they went above and beyond to help me and kindly scheduled it in and it was finished with time to spare!
