Incredibly good customer service and exceptional quality. Bought a photo frame which arrived with the glass cracked beyond repair, thanks to DPD. Phoned up Gena at Oak and Rope and within 24 hours I was in possession of all of the internal frame pieces.

Accidents happen and the fact it was rectified so quickly was both impressed and appreciated.
