I recently bought a beautiful tray from The Oak and Rope Company and I realised afterwards that I wanted to customise the gorgeous piece. However I needed it 3 days later as I was visiting the recipient. With Christmas approaching and their workshop incredibly busy, they went above and beyond to help me and kindly scheduled it in and it was finished with time to spare! The customer service, craftsmen and women and stunning products are absolutely faultless. What a fantaastic company, I shall definitely be using again. 5*
