Extremely confusing once inside. I was trying to get to my hostel by public bus to save money by not getting a taxi, but the staff were not helpful at all. The food inside and little shops aren't too great. It feels very run down and I felt on-edge throughout the whole time of being in here --maybe it was since I was not able to get to my next destination very quickly though.

The new central bus station of Tel Aviv

The new central bus station of Tel Aviv
Is the biggest central bus station in the Middle East,
And the second in the world,
Also somewhere in the station there is Atomic receiver.
Be careful it s the last place you want to get lost in especially in the night.

The 6th and 7th floor are for buses who s directions are all over the country,

When you get in the station there is a kind of strange feeling,
like the time doesn t exist.
My recommendation is to take it easy in this place,
Take your time to enjoy from all over the Graffitis.

Needs a major overhaul. Information desk is not bothered to help. Dont speak english. Place is dirty, escalators not working. Lift was poorly lit and the ride was scary. Toilets were yucky. Israel is so beautiful and well planned, wonder how this place got to be where it is.

Disgusting place, shame the city of Tel Aviv and Israel in general. And to think that this is the world's second largest station just a shame !! Do not arrive if you do not have to! If you had the option to choose one star I would do it without thinking twice.

This is a terrible place. A lot of crime. Keep your wallets in a safe place. And be on the alert yourself. Sleep on the benches homeless. There are beggars and drug addicts. There is an unbearable smell of urine on the landing between floors. Keep away from this place.

Not the best place around, to say the least. The restrooms are bad - and paid. The streets outside are full of small, cheap stores, aimed primarily at migrant workers and illegal immigrants.

The building itself is very badly designed, and operates a maze of weird floor connections and shop hallways.

New Central Bus Station In Tel Aviv, this is not the place where you would go. Crime, dirty, we all know what's going on there, it's not a secret and a pity.
But .... on the fourth floor of the place, there is the Philippine market that for a moment makes you forget that you are still in Israel.
Filipino food, cheeses, soups, meat, authentic desserts, you can find there are no vegetables in the market, Thai eggplants, carrots, green vegetables and root vegetables such as purple potatoes, green salad papaya and products like fish sauce, , Masman, who, through the store's buyers like East and West, where the station will find the products at half price.
I was surprised that there was at least one reason to reach the station of my own free will. Attached are videos for illustration

This is just a hell of a place. The area itself, where the station is located, is perhaps the most criminal, there is always any rabble near the stations. So if you want a thrill - you are here. And also if you need to go somewhere.

The most furious main bus stop I've ever seen in Israel. The services are dirty, dirty, stinky and these other services charge.
The docks are dirty, the waiting seats are broken.
There is no enforcement on smoking in a public place, I have seen people smoking inside the building on the 4th and 5th floors, at night really scary to walk around there. A lot of people walk around under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

Egged buses on the 6th floor and Dan's mostly on the 7th floor. On the 6th floor I also need cheap food stores and booths which is good for an inter-urban road. The station itself is pretty old and the street access is neglected and not my most inviting it is a little disturbing. The station also needs renewal but basically it is functional and that is what matters

Ugly, humongous and derelict. All information booth are closed for good, shops look like on a bazaar (don't expect merchants to give you any help). Only floors 6 and 7 are used for buses. Don't believe in Google: Some buses are nonexistent (e.g. bus 910 to Haifa). Tip: Toilets in central staircase are free, follow yellow "Shelter" signs.

I don't like this place. Dirty, a lot of dubious people, do not feel protected. Elevators work ugly. Very often the scoreboards do not work and you do not know when the buses leave. In general, a very unpleasant place, unfortunately.

Wow

Not welcoming place,

Not welcoming place,
First time visitors will struggle to find their way, just ask the locals

The design is poor, but once you find your way around you'll find the place helpful.
It has a large supermarket on the 3rd floor, and a post office on the 4th.
You can go from floor to floor using elevators, escalators and stairs.

The Tel Aviv central bus station is seven stories, each its own circle of hell. Centrally located, if you squint at the map; clean, if you don't see dirt; and, seriously, a place where you can buy anything you have or haven't dreamed of.

Counterintuitively, busses leave from the top two floors, and one enters usually at floor 3. Descend to floors one and two at your own peril (if it's even possible), and bear in mind that the sense of despair you feel while walking up the stationary escalators is common, and it too shall pass.

One of the ugliest things in Israel and more in Tel Aviv is considered. Third World Station is a disgrace to the State of Israel. Destroy and hurry before the guys arrive from the Eurovision

First trip to Israel and I m completely confused with all the bad reviews. Some people say no one speaks English yea right I would say almost 50 percent of the country speaks English it took me about 5 mins to ask where my bus to Ashkelon was all the signs are in Hebrew Arabic and English so it was extremely easy to find and pay on board the bus. As for the people who don t feel safe I don t know how that s possible with the metal screening you go through be fore you enter and the bag check not to mention the security guards with tavors and m16 rifles and the constant soilders making their daily commutes with rifles in hand. As for the look and cleanliness of the place yea it s pretty old and not the best well kept place but you would have to be a spoiled rich high maintenance brat to have that make you feel uncomfortable.
