Never seen such a badly organized and poorly planned bus station.

From the outside, the large building looks well-structured with several floors where the buses stop.
Inside, however, there is chaos ....
Elevators do not come when you call them. Several escalators do not work and you have to walk several meters to get from one to the next escalator to get two floors higher ...
Due to the many noisy shops or their owners, one can barely communicate with each other in his search for the right bus.
In addition, the many signs are hardly enlightening where which bus line leaves, so we went twice in circles with our heavy suitcases ...
And many information stands are closed, which makes it even more erroneous ....

People who lives in Tel-Aviv probably thinks thats Tel Aviv central bus station is not a part of Tel Aviv. But it is, and more important that Huldai is also a mayor of Tel Aviv so. Poor people.

There is no central station in Tel Aviv and it is a pity that they want to remove all the shops in the mall and turn it into an apartment hotel in two years. People I buy from them for years and enjoy their merchandise and it's a shame not to think of anyone who makes a living there. Someone hoping he would at least inherit the rolls at the station to stay the rest they have where to work Books and cosmetics restaurants can out of the station but there are special parking spaces and make the station perfect as the jewelry booth and shoes and clothing stores and Avi Suissa's shop and how to drive to the station places is the main Cities is an amazing conduit of our country to do with the other floors that are really unused and wasted what comes to those who bought the station. It is also not a very good place for the junkies and drinkers who hang out there but maybe the same one will do one at a time. The floors help these poor people and make them realize that what they are doing is not good and will help them get out of the black batters they have fallen into. There is no single switchboard

Terrible. Elevators do not work Young old people and soldiers are forced to haul suitcases and packages on the stairs Noisy music, dirty toilets, bad signage Scary 5th floor and dark. Where the mayor and transport minister is simply a 0-star world.

Positive - many buses to different directions. There is an opportunity to quickly eat and buy cheap things. There are several bookstores on the 3rd floor.
Negative - very dirty and graffiti on the walls of negative and gloomy content. In some "cafe" workers rubbed with a rag tables.

I'm reviewing this as a tourist so much of it might not apply to those who use this bus station regularly.

The Tel Aviv Central Bus Station is a bit tricky to navigate. Although part of my own experience was due to my lack of Hebrew, I found that actually getting to the buses was a bit of a chore. The entrances are not really that obvious and there are numerous stairs and escalators that seem distracting.

That being said, the efficiency of the place is nice. Security is painless and once we found the information booth and our bus terminal, everything was fine.

Overall, I don't mind this place at all. The buses run on time and the Sheruts are nicely lined up on Shabbat. I'll be much more comfortable navigating around here the next time I arrive.

This street is regular, and the buses arrive on time, but it is not very careful what is said.

Tel Aviv in general is spectacular now it is undergoing a renovation for the new metro. But everything in order and good orientation of where to go.

This place is confusing, hard to understand if you don't speak Hebrew. On Sundays there are no information place. I've been there to go to airport (through another junction) and at the end I took a taxi cuz I don't get clear of anything

One leaves Tel Aviv's central bus station with mixed feelings. Is it a harbinger of where the city and eventually the country is going? If a visitor can stomach the sights of physical neglect and social breakdown, there is a lesson to be learned from the visit and it can be an intellectual experience. Otherwise, most people will find the bus station a disturbing and even threatening environment.

The new central station in Tel Aviv is a busy, slightly messy place. I arrived in the early morning, on a day off - no students, and midweek - not many soldiers .. Still the place was very busy, messy, almost impossible to reach the desired platform. I was not alone, and I was a Tel Aviv man who knew how to reach the floor and the right platform.
The shops at the central station are very expensive, relative to the rest of the city, and apart from the bakeries and fast food stores, which allow you to "grab" a small meal halfway - I would not recommend shopping at these stores, not even the chains.
Proposal for optimization - Update the signs on the bus lines, the signage will help much more than passenger assistance staffs staffed by tired high schoolers ..

Have a nice trip!!
