the best aerial and acro classes in New York.I experienced lots of different places but for sure Muse is one of the best.I highly recommend it.

You will never get off their mailing list once signed up. Ever. I haven't lived in NYC for 5 years and still get weekly updates. Tried unsubscribing, blocking them, emailed them a half dozen times asking to stop, etc. It's incredibly annoying

took a leadership course with my friends for graduation. It was an 1.5 hrs. Well worth the money and it was a surprisingly good workout.

Had a great private lesson here, the instructors are friendly, knowledgable and generous with their time!

Wonderful place for standing acrobatics, lyra, silks and circus arts training. Angela and Yoni are knowledgeable, strong, and lovely teachers.

Went to the circus cabaret tonight, January 15 th, and someone put chewing gum in my seat, i assume, when i got up to use bathroom. I then got into my car, which has heated leather seat, drove home and when my wife and i got home, i discovered gum melted into my seat. My jeans and leather seat was destroyed. I could get all the gum out. My car is only one year old sport SUV which will cost me a few hundreds to redo the seat. I hate this place and some of the people attending it are definitely low life's to do such a thing. Maybe my skin color was too dark for them.

It is large. Staff is great. Lots of matts. Clean. And so much fun! Always good people !

I love the Muse! It is an amazing space that offers accessible circus classes, training opportunities, workshops and community events. I have been taking aerial classes and training here for the past year and cannot emphasize enough how wonderful everyone is. The teachers and mentors I have met here are supportive and encouraging. I have learned so much and deeply value this awesome community! I feel so fortunate to have found The Muse and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in getting involved in the circus community, whether it be taking classes, using their training facilities or seeing awesome creative performances.

I started my circus journey with The Muse in January 2017 and love this place! The Muse is my second home. I take classes 3-4 days a week. The technique and support from the instructors are amazing! Everyone at The Muse are super friendly and supportive. Going to the muse is like going home to see old friends! This place is more than just a circus school. It's a community, a hidden gem, an event space, a place for performers to exchange ideas and learn. I pretty much have tried all the different type of classes offered and love them all. Come to this hidden gem if you want to learn to fly!!

This place is great! I recently moved to NYC from Chicago and was concerned about where to train. Everyone I've met at The Muse has been amazing. The staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable

I've been coming to this place for over a year now and I love it! The teachers are all wonderful! This will forever be my first circus home!

So there are like 10 million reasons to love this place but today I just wanted to talk about what a great space it is for kids. We recently hosted a baby shower in there. We already have a 4.5 year-old so her entire preschool was invited. We had probably 30+ kids plus all their parents. We had so much space to roam and play, drink, mingle eat and craft. We also hired yoni as the play worker. So he s basically this big fun isrealie guy who will totally throw your kids around and make sure they are safe and all getting along and having a great time. All the parents just sat back and relaxed while the kids had the time of their life. The musa also hosts family play room days on Saturdays and Sundays where you can just go and chill lax and let your kids get out all of their pent up ADD energy

I love this place, it has such an open vibe and is very relaxed. It also a great spot to get some circus training

The Muse is my favorite place in the city! Spend all of there. Top notch, super safe rigging with tons of points to accommodate people for open workout or class almost any time of day. Super high ceilings and lot are of space.
Such a welcoming and supportive community, with peers who want to collaborate and teachers who love to teach so much they often give pointers even when they re not on the clock. Ability to train at a very high level and make connections and also welcoming and approachable to absolute beginners.

Everyone can come join the circus here, whether it is taking a class, watching a show, or just hanging out in the cool circus-themed, DIY decor. I do invite all of my friends here and one day they will start coming with me, but let me extend my strong endorsement to all of the internet!
