Big place so big.... Even so far to going to toilet lol

A luxurious and very spacious place...there are basement parking...has many pools...cleanly area...nice view beach...just want stay all day in here.

The only 5 star hotel that charges parking fees for visitors

We had an unpleasant experience on checking in,
We were told that the room that we book can only have 2 adults
If you bring kid 10th above you must pay extra person or upgrade the room +$120.
The Parking Car isn't free. 1 hour rp 5000. Pay park 50.000
for stay 1 night. 5 Star of Pay

Unfortunately I have to say this luxurious hotel is not wheelchair or stroller friendly, as the wheelchair accessible route to the beach and pool has to go through a long room aisles.

One of the worst architecture/interior designed 5 stars hotel in Bali. The feeling inside is just meh... It feels like a giant boring corporate office with tropical hints forced into it. The space and signage planning was also bad. The only things that make up for the low taste in design are the staffs and food. A beautiful Bali people experience and really great food. Other than that, I would steer away from this ghastly boring place.

Nice, cozy and expensive, unfortunately if you want to go breakfast don't use tank top (for men, i don't know women also the same or not) they won't allow guest using tank top. But they had prepare a polo shirts to use for tank top users. Unlike other resort and hotel. They will accept this kind of dress code. As for food just okay. Nothing special....

But the pool starting at the resort is quite nice and spacious

Buffet restaurant 600 thousand delicious food and good service

At the time of our stay, it was quiet that visitors might just be in low season
the hotel is very spacious but it is very quiet, so visitors are very very very quiet, if you like crowds it doesn't fit haha

Unfortunately we can get a room where the toilet smells of urine, already called room service (20 minutes came immediately with the equipment) cleaned the toilet turned out to be the one that smelled of FLOOR, yes, it was okay from us to call again. Suggestion = when cleaning, don't just use the toilet (to defecate and small) but the whole room. Although the bathroom is dry but often people accidentally do not PAS in its place

We spent 2 nights and didn't leave the hotel
We are at 4:00 p.m. then pay 8 hours x 5 thousand = 40 thousand. Tomorrow is 12 hours x 5 thousand = 60 thousand

Butler Lucky's response was wonderful and it was a very good trip. Recommended hotel.

The service is super just eating out at the cafe looking for children in the pool is quite difficult because the pool is a lot. It turned out to meet children in the back ocean view ocean pool farhh. All cool

Wonderful place to stay! If you were about to travel there with your family, it's the perfect choice. The view's great, the food even more, the service there-A+.. Great choice for holiday for sure!

The service staff are very friendly and the service is very good.

We stayed at Mulia Villas. Everything was amazing! Our 1 bedroom villa was huge, the bathroom was very humongous (with private jacuzzi). The food was great, and the staff were always smiling, always greet you, and very swift. There is buggy service to reach the Villa, which was a really great ride. There are a lot of supersize swimming pools, with great service. Everytime you're relaxing by the pool, a hotel staff will immediately serve fresh fruits, mineral water and wet tissues. Really love our stay!

Stayed during the New Year period. Hotel feels very tired and overcrowded comparing to most 5 star properties we stayed before. Not enough areas to relax at the pool with most booked well before 8AM by folks leaving a t-shirt or a hat. Ocean court royal suit room is a scam. Barely larger than a normal room with barely any view of the actual ocean. The only good thing about the place is that we booked only 4 nights here and 8 nights at nearby Apurva Kempinski which felt like a proper 5 star place vs 3.5 star Mulia. Advice: avoid, there much better properties in Bali with better value for money.

Nice place to stay for holiday! I can really recommend the Royal Suite. A gorgeous room with a nice and special atmosphere. Also the hotel restaurants are great, especially Edogin and Soleil!

I am surprised by a 5 star noble hotel. But why pay for parking? Yes, like I just took a car at the noble hotel to pay 94,000 rupiah, my guest arrived shocked, the name of the hotel is less professional, like the business says, the loss is cook hotel parking at a fee

the brunch is to die for, free flowing champagne for 4 hours, with all the food you can eat..amazing

Resort hotel with its luxury ... it should be enjoyed while on your vacation

We had a delicious lunch at Table 8 and spent about 4 million rupiah. However, as we exit the carpark, we were told that complimentary parking applies to only 1 restaurant receipt and limited to 3hrs of parking. We were a family with 2 cars. Even though it was a small fee of 25,000 per car, we still had to pay for parking despite spending 4 million rupiah on lunch. We hope Mulia management can make some adjustments to their parking policy.

The worst service ever !!!, front desk is just terrible pls don t goto Christine she is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life, when I checked in the room it was not ready, asked for another room and they said they can give it but can t change the rate even though it was a lower category, said will contact me when the room is ready and didn t do so till I went to the reception again, the most pathetic service ever, even the check in process took 25 mins.
I have been staying at Mulia properties for almost 15 years and if this is the way they treat their valued clients what about everyone else???, property is somewhat run down and the maintenance seems poor, overall it s a beautiful property, if only they could solve there service issues !!?

Luxury and calm, love the open concept and the water elements all around the buildings.

Comfortable housing environment, invincible sea view, courtesy of staff, intimate, and delicious food, body and mind, a good hotel to relax and settle the soul! Looking forward to the next holiday

One of the nicest hotel I have ever visited. It has splendid views from the lobby over to the 4 different pools and private beach. The hotel is very clean spacious and the people working there are very polite.
