Great hotel. Great food. But not friendly to children

This resort to big.. Not so many activities in this place.. Far from the central of Bali. We called it "tempat buang jin"

Very nice hotel and resort. Of you have a change to visit the villas and its launge. The architecture is unbelievable amazing.

Loved the place. If you are looking for a nice quiet place with a wonderful view. This is the perfect place.

We were made to wait an hour and a half only at registration, only we stayed and waited, all who were behind us already settled them. The girl at the reception cheated on us that they would give us a better number than ours. Because our number wasn't ready in the settlement. She said that we would have a view of the pool and the ocean, but there was no great view. And only after they moved us to our previous one, which was not ready. The view there was definitely a better view of the pool and ocean. But in the shower lay a bunch of female hair. And when leaving the hotel we were again forced to wait an hour. The food is very tasty and varied. But before leaving, I received food poisoning, my husband felt good but he ate breakfast the day after I received food poisoning and also didn't feel very well, but thank God he does not have poisoning. I can say that I got food poisoning at this hotel because I had breakfast in the morning and only then I started to feel bad. I didn t eat anywhere else that day. And so the resort is very large and beautiful. I saw they have many different activities for children, which is good if you relax with children.

The thing with the resort for me is, I had complained about it when it was peak season, and felt lesser people was better, but i was wrong. Empty pool, beachfront and bars felt somehow worse. Nice resort to get you lost.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Excellent value for money when having Dinner at Mulia Cafe Buffet. Bring the Family! The dining experience here is out of this world. Every choice of Fish, Meats, Asian, Western Cuisine but don't fill up too much as you need plenty of room for their 2 room Dessert Bar which is to die for.
Drinks are on the Pricey Side.
Will be returning every Bali trip.

If this review was just about the restaurants, food and service that you get at the Mulia Resort I would have given it 5 stars. It is the layout of the place that pulls it down a star. Every room, lounge, bar, restaurant, pool, corridor, furniture and decorative artefact is COLOSSAL and all so spaced out that getting from one point to another is a little journey in itself. Less conspicuous than Its MAMMOTH size is the absence of overhead cover linking various parts to others until it rains. Without an umbrella you will get wet going to or returning from dinner at the Soleil restaurant for instance. There are also too few lifts for the number of rooms and they were situated too far apart. The resort could do with a chemist, a hairdresser and an air-conditioned lounge with live music, to name but a few things that could fill the acres of wasted built-up space. The Mulia Resort will not suit the elderly or the unfit. But even if you don t stay here, come just for a meal at one of the restaurants. The Table8 Restaurant, for instance, is as good as any Chinese restaurant in Singapore or Hongkong. And the staff at the Mulia Resort are about the most friendly, polite and helpful people you will meet in Bali.

Wow! Mulia is everything you expect from a 5 star hotel! Literally!

We enjoyed every single moments of our stay, only if the breakfast would start a bit earlier! My toddler is an early bird and it was quite a struggle to deal with his hunger until 7.

The place is cool, romantic for those who want to get married and lg honeymoon, I love the toilet very warm and cozy although far from the crowds, can be accessed using ojol, then the officers are friendly, smiling and helpful. Love da place

Got food poisoning here from the buffet. Also upon Check in reception offers an "upgrade room special" for $120 more which is actually more expensive than the price online. Water cost $10 in the room. A coconut cost $14. Massive rip off resort.

It's the best for family. Big and good. But the room or overall feels like a Chinese local hotel. If you know the Chinese local luxury hotel atmosphere,

foot spa, scalp massage and treatment are good, totally refreshed

To order GOJEK or GRAB is very easy especially to order food, because the driver can enter until in front of the lobby and very helpful from the security of the hotel. Well done

Good place, pricy yes but it would be nice if staff is more friendly

Huge hotel which made me got lost many times just trying to find the way between room-restaurant-lobby-ball room to attend a conference. Facilities outside meeting room is quite luxury, but i don't find something special inside the room. Just like a normal 5 star hotel.
Not that impressed with the service too. Some amenities are not replaced after being used. Water heat is not stable, couldn't really enjoy my shower as the water could be suddenly cold or very hot while expecting it to be nice warm.

This hotel is massive... it is really on steriods! They have villas, rooms, multiple pools, amazing landscaping, great bespoke services... and the list goes on...

It is a tad overwhelming for a first timer for sure
