I had high hope when I gave my case to mostyn, but that changed fast. I signed my settlement papers in October of 2018 and I still haven't received my settlement, due to documentation verification. I often call a few times a month for an update, but there is never an update As of lately, when I call my caseworker is always at lunch. I don't understand how I can call the people and get document verification but they can't. I've even went as far as getting the verification people to call them with me on hold...still nothing. So if you're planning on using this firm, be prepared to wait.

They took care of us after IKE and our Insurance company tried to hose us. Never even went to trial and settled in mediation. Getting ready to hire them now or at least get a referral for what I need.

Took a while, but worth the wait...they sued the hell out of Loya Insurance! Thanks Eddie Rodriguez!

The Mostyn Law Firm were hired to represent a nonprofit home for children with disablities during a storm. Administrators of the home were fighting with the Big Insurance Companies who could have cared less as to the living conditions for these children. The Law Firm took quick actions to restore the home for these children. Mr Mostyn had such a big heart that he contributed a substantial donation. In addition, he also contributed his personal time visiting and getting to know these children. He made sure that the children would be financial sound for years to come. There are angels that watch over children with special needs and Mr Mostyn and his law firm were these childrens graduate angels during difficult times.

If you want Any Results, best to choose a different law firm! It's always the runaround....guess it makes more sense to hold settlement funds, and use lame excuses...like I WONDER WHO IS DRAWING THE INTEREST OFF ALL THIS ..ITS NOT THE CLIENTS!

Not a good law firm to choose to use. They dont keep up with case and dont keep in contact with clients. Always gave me the run around when i asked bout my case
