First time buyer - Dealt with Matt Bendall. Really great bloke made it nice and easy for me as a first time buyer. He worked relentlessly to get me a high LTV mortgage during the lockdown period which was not easy as most lenders pulled these offers. Matt pushed for me everyday and eventually he found me one and we managed to move things along quickly. Very professional and always picked up the phone when I called. Myself and my husband used Ipswich Mortgage centre broker to help get us a mortgage, as first time buyers we are very out our depth and had no idea about anything! However from the first phone call with Kenton till the end of the process he explained everything in detail to us, nothing was to much trouble. Kenton was very easy to get hold off via phone and was very responsive via email to. Getting a mortgage through covid19 also caused problems with deposits but never the less Kenton was positive and kept us up to date. Quick and speedy and we are both very happy.
