I called this provider and was answered by Kenton who I thought might be able to help with a mortgage redemption query. In truth my query was totally unrelated to Kenton s work area but he looked up information and gave me the name and email address of someone who he felt could solve my query. Like magic within an hour the problem I had been trying to sort for the last 3 days was answered. Kenton genuinely wanted to help and even though it was not his area of expertise he took the time to help. So refreshing. Thank you Kenton
