The worst realtor experience ever. Ted Ellis is a rotten little brat. Not only does he need customer service training but would also benefit from anger management training as well. He happens to be part owner of a listing on Bowser and just finished berating my girlfriend and her apartment finding resource because he doesn't want to split a commission. The Michael Group you are better than this!!! One individual is making your organization look very undesirable.

If you have any other options (ANYTHING is better than having to deal with this rude and disrespectful human being) don't use this realtor and especially don't use TED ELLIS. Shame on you sir for behaving like a buffoon.

She represents The Michael Group..doesnt say much for your real estate agency..shes making your business look very bad because of her professionalism. If there was zero stars that's what I would give

I rented a property listed by Linda McConnell, which was also owned by Linda & her husband under the name Sugoi Properties, LLC. Rented property from June 2018 through Feb 2021. Paid on time every month, even deposited rent directly into the bank account of Sugoi Properties LLC monthly. I was the model tenant according to them. However, when I give not a 30 day notice but a 40 day notice and move out. They fail to meet the contractual requirements of returning the security deposit within 30 days. This is unprofessional and not legal. It has only been 31 days but I am going to file a small claims lawsuit this week. It is unfortunate that it has to come to this action after being a model tenant. I would not advise renting a property from Sugoi Properties LLC. I contacted Linda McConnell several days ago with no response.

During my stay in one of their properties I never had any issues. Any time there was a problem my agent at the time (Anthony Fortner) would always handle the issue ASAP. My entire time at this property I have never given them any problems. Always kept the property up as well as paid my rent either early or on time. Which is why I was so shocked when I got my Deposit Refund Letter . There was so much false information listed in this letter it was truly disheartening. It stated that I paid less than the amount owed for my last months rent, which I have my deposit receipt showing that I actually paid a little over. I was charged for trash that the city did not pick up without my knowledge. Things inside the house that he stated was either broken or damaged that wasn t. I do know that there were some things he stated in this letter that were true and agree with in needing to be repaired but many things were false and outlandish. Aside from the fact that I paid a double deposit prior to my moving in he s now asking for me to pay him for damages. As i stated above this was shocking to receive and your agents should really do better and not try to pull one over on a previous tenant!
