A great place for CAD drafters to start a career in the telecommunications industry.

My husband works here and loves it! The system is set up to promote you. The supervisors and trainers my husband has dealt with have all been amazing! If you have any type of CAD training, I highly suggest you apply and try it out!

By far one of the best places to work in Louisville. Laid back environment let's one be yourself while still providing challenging work and a sense of accomplishment. The employees are very kind, courteous and friendly, everyone helps one another.

If you end up being an employee for Rainbow, you'll find that they're one of the few places that invests time in training you how to use their drafting software. Very few places offer an investment in their employees like this.

The benefits are pretty good as well and the ladder to get new skills and grow within the company exist as well. If you can put in the time and effort and hit your metrics every week, you're pretty much set here. The days go fast, and this is one of the few places where you aren't told off for listening to music using headphones while working. They also take covid restriction far more seriously than most places, but on the whole it's not something that gets in the way with day to day operations. One of the best perks of working here is the fact that while being late is something that many can be terminated for, it's more for habitual tardiness and there is a process for an employee to regain good standing within the company after a set amount of time.Essentially, the slate gets wiped clean.

I would recommend working here if you are looking for gainful employment. The uniform is clean casual. Collared shirts (polos, button downs and the like) and jeans were fine as long as they aren't in disrepair or dirty.

Great place of employment for those who are, or aspire to be, apart of the wonderful world of drafting and design. RDS is one of few, if not the best, contractors in the industry, with top ratings from some of the biggest companies and corporations in the communications world.
