The Medical Team, Inc. Review

My mother was in the care of Medical Team while in their care she received the worst care in the world. One Aide was consistently coming to work late and asking to leave early. Then while cleaning out my mother's refrigerator she would take her meals-wheels home with her. When I wrote complaints letter my mother received another Aide but this one wasn't briefed on my mother's case. Therefore I wrote a letter of concern to the Supervisor and then called to confirm that she received it and the RN was in office yelling at me. And told me that I could take my mother to another company so I did. Because she hadn't seen my mother in over 30 days? The next day I took the new Aide to the new company with me & my mother's Medicare.

Someone named Zakiya Mobley has been using this company as fraud saying she works for this company when she does not. Be careful. She does not work for this company anymore & is claiming that she does.

Good service, wife had a knee replacement surgery needed help around the house. The person was very helpful. The cost was very reasonable. The only downside is that the person called out sick some time.

Is it possible to leave negative stars? I interviewed for a medical aide position. They REFUSED to hire me, because they said my military education and experience wasn't accepted and therefore I wasn't qualifed for a position. I'm a combat medic which means I'm OVER qualified for the position. Our soldiers and veterans are the VERY REASON they get to run a business in this country. Not only did they disrespect our armed forces, they also kept a very qualified medical person from patients that need them.

the Medical Team is a good company and has been in business for over 40 years. They provide good assistance and resource to majority of the senior population.

the woman closed the door and did not come when I need her to use the pot. I was completely victimized. She took things and then called us for money!

Am here on Google Reviews to share my experience with The Medical Team in the summer of 2020. In a time when stress and fear were at an all-time high throughout the world, the 1 thing that remained stable and peaceful was our family's relationship with The Medical Team. We hired them in July of 2020 to provide home health care for my mother as we needed support for her care after she was released from a rehab facility. It was the best decision we ever made. We completed their interview process and within a few days we had a nurse, a physical therapist and an occupational therapist scheduled to work with my mother. Because of their gentle, compassionate and professional care, my mother and her health were transformed within 8 weeks of them arriving to support us. She was back to herself and in much better health in body, mind and spirit as a result of their care. If you are looking to partner with an agency to help support you with the care of your loved one, make the call to The Medical Team. The family member who needs care and support will receive it. Believe me, you too will say it was the best call and decision you ever made!!!

Your most certainly right, there s individuals there that s incompetent, what I ve seen is some is overly competent because u can be competent with no quality and lack great ethical character Or the other way around-

Me personally I ve work for The Medical Team in intervals for almost 3 years before I resigned. So your right the company lost a great aide that s been in the industry for 20+ yrs me and others for their lack. U can t take the T out of TEAM and aim at those that s on the front line and doing their Job plus more-

I would say go on the website request for the owner. Express your concerns because this is really a great company and start all over again with them. if it s a Aide your speaking of then u have to go through the bunch till u find the right one. Sometimes that may not happen and u should work through what s available and doable-

To the Owner which I m sure my request to u wasn t delivered-And I am going to personally still come in and speak to u -

It s time for the HR to be changed over completely

And there s some coordinators that needs to take accountability and also be change over completely

Clients have told me personally that it s your coordinators and HR department that s making your company bad. In overall they love the company -
I told them I will be there voice and I m keeping my word.

I have been employed with The Medical Team for almost 11 years now. I knew when I first joined the company that I would make it my home for many years. The CEO is very passionate about the needs of the community and only want the best for clients/patients and the community.
