As Community Relations Director for a Senior Living Community in Reston, VA, I have worked with The Medical Team s RN s, LPN s, CNA s, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Community Relations Directors for over a year.
The love for what they do and the commitment to the client/patient/resident shines through in everything each Team Member does.
I have watched as a caregiver bundled up in the winter, with a smile on her face, to walk with her senior companion to make sure he got the exercise and engagement he needed.
Through the COVID-19 pandemic, The Medical Team has provided amazing therapists who have committed to only visiting our community in an effective, effort to keep the community virus-free.
TMT provides our community with the extra support our residents and team needs whether it is companion care, therapy, instructional interaction, or simply participating in the fun and games.
The Medical Team has proven to be a wonderful partner and I would highly recommend them for whatever your care needs may be.
