The most horrific, hostile, bullying staff that this doctor has assembled. I called to make an appointment. Not only the receptionist Raisa refused to make an appointment, put me on hold for 22 minutes, when she came back to the phone, she was bullying me, argumentative, and she refused to answer my questions. When she put me on hold again for another 20 minutes for her office manager to speak to me, Jose with a very heavy accent immediately said, "This is not the place for you." He slammed his phone to disconnect my call without letting me say a word. They did not treat patients like human beings. Such abuse and bullying conduct are intolerable. I strongly not recommend this place to anyone.
Absolutely a nightmare dealing with the staff here. Receptionists are incredibly rude. I needed to ask questions about my diagnosis and receptionists yahaira and Jessica kept putting me on hold in the middle of me talking and later even transferred me to voicemail. I tried asking for their name on the 5th call and they hung up on me. Their supervisor Jose doesn't care about their unprofessional behavior and also kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain what happened. he sided with the receptionists rude behavior saying they were busy. The doctor needs to re-train this staff or hire new people. never coming back.
