Fantastic hospital with amazing staff. Dr Youssef Haddad is the best doctor and so knowledgeable. Can t recommend him enough

Very good doctors and staff
But they are not good enough dealing with work pressure

Big hospital with big hospital problems.. most of the time you ll hear that no room is available. Staff are not friendly and some are major degree rude. Doctors lack humanity. Nurses lack warmth. The ER is like the state of Lebanon: too many people packed into a tiny space who don t know what they re doing. ER parking privilege is for the ER doctors and not the patients. The residents smoke inside the residents private room however the smell of cigarette smoke fills the corridor. Compared to AUBMC, I don t like this hospital and I don t recommend it.

Dr. Fady Haddad is the worst doctor in Lebanon. I went to him 3 times, paying money each time and didn't get any results!!!

Hotel Dieu Hospital in Beirut and its departments are heading to the best in terms of modern equipment in all departments, and when the patient comes, the emergency department receives him with all professionalism and the doctors are very excellent and highly experienced and the administration of the hospital works hard for the success of all departments and inspects everything carefully. I hope for patients A speedy recovery and thanks to the hospital staff
