Great dance studios, 'Flow Dance' , in the basement level of this complex. Good floors, mirrors, changing rooms, showers being refurbed. Large room needs colder aircon but little rooms are great and reasonable prices.
Easy to get to from the tube, although a confusing gate entrance system.

I was contacted by a company that is making me a offer that seems to good to be true. They are claiming that there business address is on the the units there.

I called them to verify if this company is really there since I am afraid that they are using their address to perform fraud. The agent told me that he is not able to give me the information that is publicly displayed outside of the building to inform which company is located where. Hi did not care for the fact that someone might be using their address to deceive people and commit fraud.

I told him that "OK. Thanks, but does not make sense" and he hang up on me.

Now If I want to know if I am being deceived or not I have to actually travel to the place just to look at the sign that is displayed on the entrance of the building.

Easy to reach by tube and bus
Went for Negra tango nights in the basement dance studio. Nice sprung wooden floor but I did have to continually use the baby powder in order to pivot.
Low ceiling, people had mixed feelings about the space, I liked it.
Big fans used because it gets very hot dancing.
Toilets are fine,
