Recently purchased a new construction town home from the Marion group. Promised a luxury town home but definitely didn't deliver to the standard. From months of construction delay to dealing with multiple problems with the house, I would not recommend purchasing a place from this developer.

Response to Marion Group: Please get your detail correct. The last maintenance was done in Oct 2019 which was to repair the same issue that has been ongoing for months. Many of the neighbors have similar issues regarding the constructions of the home. We bring up the issues to you so they can be corrected. Those are not complaints. Majority of the neighbors were not happy with the Marion group and how a lot of things were handled. In addition, I was told Derrick would give me a call regarding the breakers, still waiting for the call after a whole month.
