Amber who works here is a HORRIBLE person. Do not rent from here. They take your money and you never hear from them again. 0 stars! Negative! She s rude and unprofessional and after she takes your fee then she goes on vacation and never gets back to you till you have to call 10 times back to back. Worst experience EVER!! Go anywhere but here !!

Move in day was terrible. Show up was given the wrong keys three different times. Manager was fired so there wasn t anyone to help us from the apartment. Only a person they brought from a different apartment and wasn t very helpful. WiFi was a mess to get set up. Took two Trips to Walmart to get the correct thing to get it set up. Was told the apartment would be cleaned before we moved in when walked through it and when we walked in with our first load we discovered that it hadn t been cleaned and was dirtier than when we did the walk through. Hope this helps others see how our experience was with the Lund company.

I live in one of their managed properties and it s without a doubt the worst place I ve had the displeasure of renting. I ve had the property manager lie to my face against video evidence of his employees wrong-doings. The lack of communication and obvious indifference to people who are just trying to have a safe place to live without surprises is just shocking.

Accommodations due to a Paralyzed Disabled Veteran a designed Handicap Disabled Parking and nothing has been done yet to make the necessary changes. It is Housing Laws that says you can't discriminate against a handicap person and here isn't such thing.
I guess it is time that someone shows them what the law can do concerning this. I do not even think the owner even cares about no one or the buildings or management as longer money is coming to him.

Terrible company, they don t care about the tenants that live in their apartments. I can t wait until my lease is over in December. my AC was broke for 5 days. the temp in my apartment was 87-88 degrees that whole time. i was promised an AC unit, never got one. i had to put me & my toddler in a hotel wasting money i really should have been saving. I hate this company.

We are in Papillion Tara Heights apartments. July will be 3 years we moved into this building, we pay for upgrades, ac didn't work majority of the summer last year. Yesterday we were called and told not to use the kitchen sink until contractors could come they came, now us and our elderly neighbor have no hot water, she called emergency maintenance 3 times, I called and still nothing pure and utter ridiculousness

UPDATE: Completely unprofessional and bordering on harassment. My concern was not the lease language, it was being accused of skipping out. I don't like being called a thief, thank you.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you can avoid it, find another property that isn't owned by this company. I had one of the property managers accuse me of "skipping out" three days after I paid my rent. She then proceeded to be extremely rude and accusatory for the rest of the process. At that point I just wanted out of the apartment. I tried to email this company about the issue, received no response. I would say whatever they pay their customer service person is a waste. I'm out and done now. But save yourself the trouble and financial waste. These people are just here to foot you with some made up bill and financial charges.

Terrible company to rent from. Properties they own are run down, bug infested, places they toss a coat of paint over mold and charge downtown living prices. Rent elsewhere! The company needs to be put out of business imo. I have dealt with their customer care team, regional managers, and all in between. They do not do anything for you. They literally charged me for a months rent that I didn't live in the apt even after I showed all proof of my 60 day end of lease letter. They also had my vehicle towed, claimed they would have the tow company refund my money for the mishap, then told tow company they said no such thing. Never do business with any Lund owned properties and don't let their "concerned response and to call to further discuss" BS!
