Worst front office and scheduling! Do the physicians know that the front office is chasing away patients. My degree is in healthcare administration and wife is a practice manager. We are applauded at the level of service here !
In the past I believe that Jerry Steele was the practice administrator didn't run like this !

I was billed incorrectly. 15+ minutes on hold and still haven't spoke with a human. They keep sending my bills to an address I haven't used for anything in over 10 years.
My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM. After being checked in by a receptionist, I sat and waited for an hour before heading back to the front desk to express my disappointment. I was escorted to a examination room where I waited at least 20 more minutes before I was greeted by a Physician. The physician was respectful but he spoke to me less than 10 minutes. I left feeling like I received no insight regarding my concerns.
Meet with Dr Najib with Lutheran Health Physicians Cardiology for the first time today. I would highly recommend him! He took the time to chat with me - too listen to not only my concerns but to get to know me as a person and not just a chart. He was very thorough in going through my health history and offered great advice! The staff and nurses where wonderful!
My Np and her staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Getting labs is easier, they give you a pager that lights up when it's your turn. It has never taken long. I have always been in and out in reasonable time.
Sherry at LMG (Dr Karl's office) was not helpful during my call. She also hung up on me. When I called back after being hung up on with out a good bye or closing statement on my previous call I asked to speak with her. I Said "I think you accidentally hung up on me" and she said oh I thought you didn't need anything else. Well that still gives no reason for a rude hang up. Very disappointed with my service from Sherry today.
Lutheran hospital killed my 2 year old daughter. They are a for profit organization! If they don't get paid your child won't get medicine. They wrote me a check for 20,000, said it would help me get through the hardship of burying my daughter. There was some fine print releasing them from all liabilities surrounding her death. No lawyer in Allen County will get involved because they have family and if someone gets sick your choices are limited. The hospital administrator Bruce Hamilton took me out for lunch, gave me the check and walked me to the bank counter before I had a chance to read the fine print. I pray nothing happens to his children, and if it does I bet he won't use his own hospital!
There is a huge disconnect between scheduling-the doctors-patients. Office management must be new. Have been going to this office for 20 years and have never had a problem until Dr Uhrhammer left. My new Dr keeps cancelling our appts without notification. We come from Ohio and my husband has lost 2 days off because he has driven all the way there only to find out appt was cancelled. They ve done this 2x s now.
