Visited recently, a nice pub setup in a place with history (The pub used to be a clock house and still has elements of its history in the pub itself if you look up at the ceiling). Lively instead of noisy, the inside had a good atmosphere.

There were at least 6 ales on tap, with more available in the fridges behind the bar. They also serve about the same number of craft largers. The ales I had were fresh / clean tasting and the lines appear to be kept well as no issues with taste.

The staff were friendly and professional and knew about their ales on asking.

Overall recommended and the variety of the ales on the pumps means repeat visits to experience the full range are likely

On a wintry Saturday afternoon, The Craft Beer Co was suitably packed with ale-loving types (luckily, we had the private room upstairs booked for a function). Unlike many Clerkenwell pubs, this one isn't centuries old but looks relatively modern. But if you're heading to this pub, it's for their carefully selected drinks selection not the wallpaper. I stuck to the Sipsmith vodka, but my beer and cider-drinking friends seemed happy with their selections (though a bit surprised at how little change they got from a fiver for their pints). The food selection is limited to pork pies, scotch eggs and posh crisps, so keep that in mind if you're heading here after work.

On leather lane the craft beer co has a massive selection of beer! The hardest part is choosing a beer as they change so often! Some beer is pretty strong so you might want to opt for a half at times.

Fantastic selection of craft beer for all tastes. The long bar, mirrors and all the character of the pub that used to be there add to the atmosphere although they could use some less hipsters ;)

If you follow my reviews, you know I'm a huge fan of this franchise. This one is really charming, and looks like a pub you'd expect to find in London. Staff are well trained and the service is so quick for a busy pub. Again, huge selection of beers and you can buy the bottle or can to take away.

Bloody great place. Friendly staff, who helped to tell us more about the beers. Hugeeee range of beers/ciders/other drinks. Great pizzas from Terroni who also cater for those that are GF. Vibez were forthcoming.

Wonderful pub with excellent quality and huge range of craft beers, ciders and lagers. Well-informed and passionate staff make visiting here a joy.

Best pub in the area if you like real ale.

I really like this place. There are a few of these dotted around town and the selection of beers is huge. Nice bar staff happy to let us have a little taster before ordering something. Good atmosphere too and quiet enough to be able to hear each speaking.

Extremely good selection of beer and ales. The hardest part is deciding what you want to drink. Not the most atmospheric pub around but with a visit. A big plus is that you can bring your own food at lunch and eat it in the pub.

Great selection of ales and craft beers, but a bit pricy. The sharing platter of bar snacks works out more expensive than buying the items separately in most cases. How do they get away with that?

Great selection of bottled beers and cans. Not so many runs, but all of great quality. It is recommended to arrive early because it is filling up, after 6 it is difficult to find a place.

If you love your beer/cider then get here, a fantastic pub with one of the best (and largest) selections on offer in the local area. You can't go wrong with one of their delicious pork pies or scotch eggs either.

Great selection of beers, lots of space upstairs, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and bonus points for allowing patrons to bring Singtong's excellent burgers in from across the road.

Probably the best "chain" of pubs at the moment for the proper beer drinker, this one is the one to visit if you want a quiet pint on a Saturday lunchtime. Excellent range of micro cask ales and plenty of pricey wierd fizz to keep the hipsters happy.

Tucked away but well worth hunting out.

Great pub with a good range of ales & craft beers and friendly & knowledgeable staff. Could do with better lighting though! I dislike this dim light trend in pubs, you can hardly read the pump clips let alone see if the people you're meeting are already there or not.

An old fashioned street-corner boozer with a modern beer menu. Very good beer selection on both cask and draft. The can/bottle list was a bit out of date so some beers weren't available, however the bar staff were all over it to suggest alternatives which shows how on the ball they are. I've always liked Craft Beer Co. and this branch is one of the better ones I've been to recently.

The draft setup looks great, nice to see them trying a different aesthetic than the traditional brass/stainless effect. The beer selection is extensive so it's a must visit if you want to try new and exciting beers
