Can not speak highly enough of this experience. The whole visit was excellent. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. Food was great too. If I could rate it more than 5 I would.

Excellent stay. Room was great and included a small kitchen (even a stove top). The room was on the first floor with access to a nice patio. Gym was pretty good as well with plenty of machines, some cables, and a set of dumbbells up to 50lb. Golf course looked great but unfortunately I wasn't able to play during my stay.

Enjoyed our brief overnight stay at the Lodge. Was lucky to get a room with balcony overlooking the fairway and Santa Catalina mountains. Absolutely gorgeous. Room was a large suite and had a leather sofa that converted to a double bed. Full kitchen with plates, bowls, and utinsels (cork screw even). I believe that dogs are allowed since we saw quite a few on the property. I was surprised by the lack of information about the amenities of the resort, only a menu was to be found in our room. Location was a bit of of the way, but very tranquil and secure. I would definitely stay here again of I found myself in the Tucson area.

Getting through the front gate was kind of a pain in the butt, so was priceline booking but because of priceline I got an amazing deal on a room that should have costed $499 a night but we got for under $200. But the room was absolutely beautiful, the shower was amazing, the coconut shrimp and ventana burger were great. Can't wait to stay again, just wish things stayed open later than 9.

Excellent meal and service. Had 2 children with us and they received a complimentary fruit player. Husband got the tequila flight and loved it. The table. Side guacamole was perfect and so were my scallops. We will be going back.

Stayed in King suite with mountain view for two nights in September. Room was dated. Single vanity is inconvenient, should always be double in a suite. Multiple lamps not on wall switches made turning lights on and off a pain. Mountains not really visible from our room. Most importantly the room was uncomfortably hot. Air conditioning could not keep up. Set at 66 degrees and ran non stop for two days and never made it before 75. It was up to 80 in the middle of the day. It was only 100 out. Ridiculous. For what you pay that can't happen. This wasn't just my suite either. I was with a group that had 6 suites, all had AC issues. Management was aware of the issue but was indifferent. Seems like they know but don't care. No offer for reimbursement or credit.

We had the best room near the back side of the resort, where we can see the whole mountain and the green golf course (hole #2) in front of us. The room is very clean and house keeping services is really professional.

They also have free popcorn 24 hours near the bar area. However, their restaurant doesn't look too good and the chairs are really dirty.

Swimming poor is a little to far out there behind of tennis court. Otherwise, it's a great place to relax.

Check-in at front desk was fast. Room service to get extra forks, plates and blankets was very slow during the week-end and was improving slightly after. The food served at the restaurant of the Ventana was good. Check-out was super fast.
