Management and supervisors need better manners but staff are pleasant

Wait more than an hour for a small order and then everything is Cold!

There's a guy who works at the Debonair cashier whom I've never seen wear a mask. The mask is always dangling from his neck. Not sure if he only wears it when servicing a customer but it was on two occasions that I've saw him without wearing a mask. Mind you this set a bad perception for a business.

They tried to serve us as soon as they can cause it was the last day for Take away to be sold

Very poor service waited over 30 min just for chips and also each time you phone to order it's like this order is only online or this one is not for delivery gets very annoying

Still very poor service twice in a row they give no straw when I order delivery and the card device does not work

I bought debonairs pizza
They are too slow

Unprofessional. Unorganized. Incompetent.
Always out of menu ingredients. Online delivery orders are guaranteed to be wrong, then they will try and argue about it without checking the slip.

No lettuce and no cheese on my burger after paying over a R100...pathetic!!

Second time getting Wacky Wednesday and it was just awful again, cold old burgers, buns are definitely not fresh, waste of money, won't be going back again!
