I always feel strange walking into a lingerie store. I feel like all the women inside are looking at me and saying what the heck are you doing in here you dirty old man? And the easy turns out that whatever I buy is either the wrong color or the wrong size or too revealing. What's a man to do?
Every year on my wife's birthday we get a coupon. They are always extremely helpful to her. If she ever has any questions they go above and beyond to help make sure she gets a comfortable and fitting bra. We only shop here for her bras and we are never disappointed.

Not a huge fan, sorry! I felt the women there were kind of pushy, telling me what I wanted, and then thrusting me into a fitting room without letting me look around at all. I told them my price point was about $50 which I don't this is unreasonable... Almost all the bras the girl brought me were nude and unlined and about $60. I was hoping for something at least pretty, but, in the end, I walked out with the most boring, basic bra I have ever owned for $58, and an unlined one for $50 just because I needed bras that badly and ddd is hard to come by other places. I have owned the bras for a couple months now, and the unlined one bites into me and the basic one started to curl around all the straps within a few wears. It also does not hold it's shape.
Really, I wish I would have tried my luck at Penny's or ordered online.
If you DO go into this location make sure you tell them that you're "just browsing".

When i called to see if they had what i was looking for (they didn't and I understand) the person at the store hung up on me and didn't even try to help
I have loved this store and typically get what I need. However, last week I bought 2 bras which totaled around $143.00. I wore one bra a few times and really tried to like it, but it just wasn't working. One week has passed I called today to return, with my receipt, for a store credit. This is not allowed if the tags are removed...wait what? Who wears a bra with tags still on? Is this new bra protocol? If it is protocol it wasn't on the sales slip. Anyway, I would just warn anyone who purchases a bra from here to wear it first WITH the tags on just to make sure you are in love with the bra or make damn sure you really, really love it before removing the tags. This is an $89 mistake that will not happen again and I will probably not be back.
This store is fantastic. I am hard to fit in bras. I have purchased bras at department stores who claim to fit bras to you but they do not have the professionalism and expertise that the personnel at The Lingerie Store provide.

Update: I decided to try again at this store now that 6 months has past. My most recent experience was a completely different one than before. It was more in line with the exceptional service I had received when I used them consistently.
Past: I used to recommend this place to other people, but based on my experience yesterday, I won't ever again. I would much rather use Amazon Wardrobe's try it on feature than go back to this store. I went into the store wearing a size 36I and the band was too loose. I told the girl I needed to try on a 34J. The girl measures me and tells me I am a 40D, which is interesting considering how after losing 30 lbs I would somehow gain 4 inches in my band when my current one was too loose. I tell her this and she says okay I'll bring you a 40DD. I put it on just to prove how wrong she was. She peeks in the cup and says yes you're definitely a D cup. I basically had to demand that she bring me a size 34J to try on. She didn't even want to bother with helping me at all. She says they don't have that size in the store, and says it will take 2 to 3 weeks for it to come in. I told her to bring me any cup size that's a band size 34 so I can at least see if I need to go down in band size. She brings me a 34K, and says well that looks like it will work. I then pinch the cup and show her that there is room in there and I do in fact need a size 34J. I then left the store and purchased one on Amazon while still parked in front of the store. It comes in the mail tomorrow. All I keep thinking is how does that girl work there, and how many other people has she fitted in the wrong size bra in the time she's been there, or did she just not want to help me because she has a problem with overweight individuals. I wish I would have called her out on it right there in the store and demanded a different person to help me. This store must have changed hands because it was the worst customer service experience.
I went in not knowing what to expect. The sales clerk put me in a dressing room and instructed me to take my shirt off so she could measure me around my bra. I was very uncomfortable, but the clerk was very professional and did not make me feel uneasy at all. She quickly got my size and had me in a new bra in less than 5 minutes. And to top it off she tried to make me feel better by saying my size 44FF was a common size! I would definitely recommend this store to my friends.
Great service, I was very comfortable with the woman sizing me & helping me. It is a bit pricey, but worth it!
Love this place. Bra shopping used to mean multiple trips to multiple places to maybe find one bra that sort of fit; Here, I am in and out in fifteen minutes and the bras actually fit well!

Fantastic experience. It's nice to have a local store that carries a variety of styles for very large breasts.
The staff was rude and completely condescending. They claim to have a large variety of sizes, but showed me none. I currently wear a 34h, and Ineeded a 34i or 34j. They spent all of 5 seconds measuring me then handed me a variety of 4 34d/dd bras. Really?? Then claimed that was all they had for me.
If they had just said that they didn't have my size, instead of trying to fit me into something ridiculously small, I would have understood.
But, no. Completely unhelpful and snotty.

Staff is always courteous and helpful. If they don't have something in the right size, chances are they can order it.
It is the most amazing feeling to finally be in the right bra size! An awesome shop and an amazing staff. A great selection and extremely professional. I would highly recommend!
I have been coming to The Lingerie Store for a few years now. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice! They also make you feel comfortable. By far the best place I have been fitted! Love the large selection of beautiful items!

Proper sizing with honest and discrete assistance. These ladies know their products and how to help you select the right cut and fit. If the correct size is not available, they can order it.
Overall experience has been good selection and great customer service!

I have been made aware that I gave The Lingerie Store a one star review, with a comment that just said "no". I'd like to clear this up and apologize to the owners who seem to care enough about their store and concerned that their customers, each and every one, are happy and care about their business reputation. They seem very professional and respectful, which would make me feel very comfortable to stop in and at least take a look.
I've never been inside this store. I have no idea why or how i gave a one star or why there is simply a "no" in the comment.

This store should have nothing less then 5 stars. Sherene (spelling) with the long dark hair has been so helpful finding me what I need, and for my size that s no easy task. I am so excited about their selections. Highly recommend this store.
