Great hotel. The property is quite new, the interior is modern. Very clean, daily cleaned room, refilled water, coffee, tea, a small sweet treat. Breakfast is simply sensational, a very large selection of cold cuts, cheese, fruit, etc. Very helpful and nice staff. Location can be considered a plus.

Great experience. Amazing service staff, polite and patient, available for any request, and most importantly all with a charming smile courtesy. Rooms are excellent, clean, and sweet. Private dining room for a group with excellent food, delicious and plentiful

We were recently guests at the Prima Link Hotel in Petah Tikva with a group of AACI seniors and it was an outstanding experience. The facility, the rooms, the food and the service were all first rate and we want to commend the staff. Judy & Stew Telman Mevasseret Zion Israel

Very nice hotel. The room was very clean, it had a big window and a nice view. My room was on the 16th floor. The room was cleaned every day, so was the bathroom. Air conditioner was working. Breakfast was served on the ground floor, it was very nice as well. The staff was friendly, I'd stay here again if I visit this city.

Warmly recommend the hotel. We celebrated Shabbat Bar Mitzvah and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is modern and stylish. Rooms are beautiful and clean. The team does everything in its power to help and come to the customers. The food is excellent and abundant. Sure we'll be back

When it comes to service Prima Link rates at the top. The staff from the check in, through meals, to check out can only be described by one word "Excellent".They give new meaning to "Customer Service" and the new meaning is "Family". Awesome experience and will be returning as well as spreading the word. "If you want quality service from quality people, Come to Prima Link" No regrets! Thank you so much all of you on staff for teaching a "southern girl" true hospitality.

A little small, but very clean and nice room. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was very good and hotel staff was very courteous. The receptionist helped us a lot in getting taxis for going around the city. The hotel is connected to a nearby mall, so going to the mall is very easy. The gym is small but good enough for business trips. Towels and water bottles were provided at the gym. There are 1 or 2 restaurants near by, other than that you have to go to the mall. Overall a good experience and would recommend it for others as well.

A NIGHT IN THE WEDDING SUITES - 4.5 / 5 STARS My wife and I stayed at the Prima Link Hotel in Petah Tikva for one night, on the eve of our wedding which was held in a nearby venue. And we each took advantage of the wedding package; which allowed for a 10am check-in, and a late check-out (and various other perks like food, champagne, etc). Well the staff was incredibly friendly, and from the moment we arrived, they were very accommodating too. They brought a steamer and an Iron to the room for our suits. They let us stay in the room, with no hassle, long beyond our check-out time. They helped us arrange transportation. And when a member of our family got sick, they promptly sent over a doctor. The multiple lounges and roof-top pool were also really beautiful features with delicious snacks. Though we didn t take too much advantage of them, and they were closed fairly early. Additionally, while the staff was super kind and generous, some requests had to be made multiple times. Perhaps they were just really busy? As for the rooms themselves generally they were really nice and clean, with modern features and a gorgeous view. The one issue was when an outlet in one room broke, and came out of the wall while I was trying to unplug the Iron. So over-all, 4.5 / 5 stars for sure. And we would definitely stay there again.

Room is specious, clean and well equipped. Free breakfast offered would score.a 1 star by European standards. Cheeses, jams and cold meats would barely meet a B&B quality. Service is not up to the standard of the hotel. I would think twice before I stay at this hotel. At half the price, maybe!

By any means a nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is very friendly and assisting, parking aplenty. Good breakfast with nice choice of food and drinks. Lounge with panoramic view, meeting rooms with all the necessary equipment - all is very well suited for business hotel in fast developing area. Prices are high as usual in Israel, but that is the industry problem here.

Nice and probably the only Hotel in Petah Tikva. Were treated at the clinic of Yitzhak Rabin, so the location is perfect, across the road across a beautiful pedestrian bridge. The hotel is completely new, the rooms are comfortable but not enough. The breakfasts are not very diverse. The staff is attentive and very polite. Purely
