Two words to describe our experience... overpriced and unprofessional...

Awful customer service! Unprofessional, rude, dishonest, and terrible at returning phone calls.

Had the Liner Specialist came yesterday to fix my filter. when we were not home. When I returned the filter was taken apart and not fixed. I left a voice mail about this situation since we were having company over today. Frank texted me that the did not have all the right parts and would come Monday. Replied that we need this corrected today. Frank was here within 20 MINUTES and FIXED THE PROBLEM. Very happy with their responsiveness and service.

I just wanted to let people know how bad the service was. I know why they have less than 3 star review, my mistake was to call them without looking at the reviews. I needed to fix my liner because it was ripped, however they suggested to change the whole liner, (later I learned from other company that it could just be parched. I went with their suggestion and replace the lining however it was not installed properly since they place a bigger one and wrinkles were all over the place. We called to have it fixed but they never gave clear instructions so they had me empty the pool first, then they change their mind and made me fill it up halfway and they put a mark to make sure. At the end the job was not perform efficiently because the guy said that I had to empty even more because he has to go more deep. They said they were going to call me Tuesday but they never did so my brother called and spoke to Frank, the owner who told him that it was normal that wrinkles appear, which is not true because my old liner didn't have any. In fact, when they came the first time, the salesman told me it was a very bad installation on my previous liner, however when my brother spoke to the owner, he mention that they installed that first liner. (I moved in last year and didn't have info on who did the liner) At the end the owner told me that they were going to give me a shot next year in March!!!
By this time I was upset and called the company again, spoke to Steve the salesman and he was upset at me for being upset and told me to relax and calm down. Of course I'm upset with the horrible job they did! I wish I could provide pictures so people see the horrible job! Never calling or recommending this company at all!

Horribly measured. Doesn't own up to it. Should have received a new liner however kept charging for bandages. Wanted to prorate for his error. Sorry I chose him.

I found Frank, the owner, to be very knowledgeable and forthright. The inground liner replacement crew was on time and neat in my backyard. Would use them again.

I have been dealing with The Liner Specialist for many years and should have dumped them years ago. I give people the benefit of the doubt and as a business owner I understand how employees can not perform to your standards. This time Frank himself was there for the whole Opening process. When I drained the top of the cover before their arrival I did not have time to remove the leaves on top. I came to the house and tipped Frank 3-$50.00 bills for the 3 employees. After they left and the water became clear after the chemicals did their job it was obvious they dumped the leaves in the pool and left them there at the bottom of the pool. Now there is no excuse since the owner himself was supervising the job. I would appreciate the tip money returned Frank out of YOUR pocket. It s not the employees fault for following your direction. Read all of the reviews and decide. This is the first bad review I have left ever. Well deserved.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. Paid for 2/3 of a very expensive pool cover in early August, and was scheduled for delivery and install in mid September. Today is October 6th and we have no cover, and no information. Sue is rude and just places blame on other people including myself for not calling to ensure delivery. That is not my job it's hers. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go somewhere else that cares about their paying customers.

Incredibly poor experience ... Owner berated my wife and was abusive in language. The job was a complete mess...bumps on bottom of pool and the new liner had a hole in it...they should be closed down!!!!
