One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a ...

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. Paid for 2/3 of a very expensive pool cover in early August, and was scheduled for delivery and install in mid September. Today is October 6th and we have no cover, and no information. Sue is rude and just places blame on other people including myself for not calling to ensure delivery. That is not my job it's hers. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go somewhere else that cares about their paying customers.
