The premier event space in Pittsburgh. The rooms themselves are works of art! I look forward to every wedding I photograph here. Cannot say enough about the space AND the staff. Top notch!

Very prestige and very expensive, you always have to be dress formal including the children as well. Everything else is great
Old school, British influenced, with a long hiatory
It's become a family tradition to have a meal with my grandfather at this historic social club. It is always a highlight of the Christmas season for us.
I've enjoyed my dinning experience their and entertainment. I was glad the men if Vally Forge could preform their thanks to all who made it possible.
Wonderful food, beautiful club, have to be with a member to dine here.
Another Pittsburgh jewel. Although a private club, worth the effort to find a member to either stay or have a meal. Famous for their "Spots" and their marzipan cookies. The club is old school, beautiful and fantastic. The gym and spa facilities are fantastic as well.
If you could afford it, this is by far the best place in the entire city to eat! This is the only place in the world that you could get food that tastes better than mine! The service and environment are both top notch!
This is probably the best private business club in the United States and one of the top clubs if it's kind in the world. First class all of the way.
This is a beautiful place! Very high end, luxurious, and clean. I came here for a school networking event. The appetizers are good, and staff members are dressed very nicely. I wish they had chairs in the room that I was. Everyone was standing for two hours, and those with heels were struggling. I can tell this would be a nice place to have a wedding.
An unforgettable night! Thanks to Fabian and Zach for their service.
I was here for a financial meeting. I'm not a member. This is a well-established gentlemen's club in Pittsburgh and the building is very old but very interesting and well kept. Right in the Heart of the City of Pittsburgh downtown Golden Triangle. Worth the trip if you have the opportunity.
Beautiful venue with a lot of history. I'm usually here yearly for the CLO Wine Tasting and Silent Auction, which is always a great time!
Ridiculously extravagant location in downtown Pittsburgh. I came here to see my buddy get married.
Very nice and apparently it used to be a "Gentlemen's Club" back in the day... no women, just white men. odd.
Not exactly my style, but the food was good. I was a little creeped out by the staff dressed as servants and maids.
The Duquesne Club is the type of place that takes you back in time. The staff all know members by name and the attention to detail is excellent. I got married here and so it holds a special place in my heart. I can come here to enjoy a business lunch, a drink after work, a dinner with family, a post-dinner cigar, or a workout in the enormous gym. It has it all. And the newly renovated guest rooms are the nicest in the city.
A wonderful, wonderful club. Located in the heart of the GoldenTriangle, Pittsburgh's name for Central Business District. Many of the major business transactions in Pittsburgh were negotiated with the the walls of this historic club. The staff is first class as are the many dining rooms. Dining is always superb!
Staff is very friendly...Alex was very attentive to requests and made sure we were cared for
Historic elegant ambience, great food as well to keep the memory sharp and pleasing.
Fabulous experience. One of the top rated city clubs in the country!
This place is not really everything you might expect. You have to be a member, or the guest of a member, to dine here. To become a member, you must be sponsored by other members of the club.
Personally, I wouldn't bother. You're not really missing out on much. The club does have very good food and a rich history as well. But, honestly, you can get very good food from many of Pittsburgh's upscale restaurants. Many of those restaurants have their own unique history, too. However, at these establishments, you don't have to pay club dues or know anyone to get in the door. Yes, I'm sure all of those things make members feel 'special' or 'elite' , but I don't need an expensive, exclusive club for me to feel that way.
Amazing facilities terrific staff very clean old school and very historic. Lucky to have experienced
Always a great time at the Duquesne Club, from the food, to the service to the camaraderie, this place is great.
La Te Da this place is swanky. Not sure that my family would like all the Ritz.
Great club, great staff.
If you get a chance to dine here, you wont regret it.
The experience speaks for itself. Breathtaking. Mesmerizing. Nothing like it around
I was here for a corporate event (cocktail hour and lunch), and while the overall experience was fine, it wasn't as spectacular as some people make it out to be. The food wasn't bad, just not particularly memorable. Wait staff was attentive but seemed disorganized at times.
Rude staff. Valet took my money and left it parked where I had stopped, in the middle of a snowstorm. Upon leaving, the valet handed me the keys and waved his hand, grunting "It's one of those." The lady at the front desk was curt and uncaring, and the manager was equally rude. The decor was grand and the food was choice, but good food can be found elsewhere, and I would rather be surrounded by upbeat, pleasant, eager-to-please, and considerate people. If the Duquesne Club has any interest in attracting new younger members and not just trying to pickpocket the old curmudgeons before they have heart attacks, they better get their act together. I will definitely not be signing up for a membership.
Very very nice. I've been eating there since 1983 and have only praise. If something isn't right they will instantly fix it.
Racist establishment that treats their employees badly
So Beautiful and Such a Great Staff!! My husband has been a member here for years and he's able to bring me along as a guest countless times and it is such a beautiful place with so much art!! the architecture here is incredible and the drinks (though heavy handed lol!) and food are amazing. the staff will cater to any need you may have too
I enjoyed a delightful evening with my guest discussing a bit of business at the Duquesne Club on Wednesday 10/24/2018. We had cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the lounge, followed by a formal dinner in the dining room. It was fantastic. The staff is well trained and professional, the atmosphere is comfortable and perfect for business or pleasure, and thank goodness food is exquisite. I highly recommend this club.
Beautiful, historical; simply exquisite. A must see
I had the pleasure this month of attending an ASID, Designer Association event held at the club. The rooms were decorated to a T. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The experience was great. I hope I have the opportunity to revisit the club soon.
This place is awsome, security at desk a bit rude. Especially when they assume your not a member.
Absolutely gorgeous venue! Classic beauty, gorgeous architecture. The Duquesne Club will make you feel like you're in LA or New York City - not Pittsburgh!
Beautifully elegant, historic building housing membership club that has included Pittsburgh's and the nation's Titan's of industry. Delightful.
It does not take much imagination to envision dark smoky rooms where the fate of the masses determined by a cultural elite. Staff is friendly and the facilities are dated as one would expect in such a long-standing outpost of the establishment.
If that's your thing, this is your place.
As always the staff is incredibly attendant and courteous. The house made sorbet is to die for.
Blast from the past, in the good ways at least. So many ornate rooms, Pittsburgh history, and likely the greatest men's bathroom that will ever be.
Great place my big bro bartended here for years n loved it. Five stars alwaysfind a hottie at the bar 2!
I was there for the Wine Extravaganza in March 2014, I had an incredible time! The staff was friendly and service was exceptional. I highly recommend it, however I would not spend money on a membership, rather, I'd put that money toward my retirement or an emergency fund. It's an American tradition part of our history.
