I give 1 star for setting me up with physical therapy AND THATS ALL!!! Literally nothing els. no returned phone calls or nothing. If an attorney isnt going to return calls for simple information.. they shouldn't rush to throw clients in therapy to run a bill up.
I truly owe Steve Heisler so much since I COULDN'T do my job. He made it so I won't have to worry about making money ever again. He did MORE than his best. He set me up so I will get paid until I die from the company that owned the truck that totaled my tiny Toyota! Now that the world has been shut down by this virus. I LOVE Steve even more now. I didn't have to worry my boss would fire me because no one was coming in to get their teeth cleaned due to the virus.
Unlike MANY people that are getting evicted or having their cars repossessed because they don't have a job. That is not my worry now. Steve went above and beyond for his long time client. Who became his friend after all these years he's known me. If ever I get into accidents or know of someone who had an accident. I DON'T hesitate to send Steve their business. He does so well with them. When they know of someone that needs an accident lawyer. They send that person Steve's way! If you are wondering what lawyer will do the most work to get you paid! Steven Heisler is your man! He is the one who will do the BEST work for you! He won't rest until his client is completely satisfied!

I was in a pretty bad car accident in July 2019. The guy that hit me was driving his sister's car, on a suspended license. My car was totaled and I suffered a head injury. The law Offices of Steven H. Heisler helped me navigate through all of the confusion regarding getting the proper treatment and making sure my medical bills would get paid by the proper entity. I could not have done this alone. Call them if you need guidance.

I use Steven H Heisler for my attorney. The staffs there was not professional they don't answer your phone call and email. I wasn't using him again for my attorney. He not a good attorney.
You have to gather all your paperwork on your own, they do not return your calls/emails. I literally had to pop up in the office to get updates. When I asked Steve for a rental. He sent Megan a text saying I m bugging him about a rental. He sent me that text by accident. Very unprofessional & poor communication skills. God forbid I get into another car accident but if I do I definitely will not work with them anymore.

Hes a nice guy but very lazy
He had a workers compensation hearing scheduled. He was not prepared, cancelled the hearing against my instructions not to and lied about it to me.
I could not recommend him.

He always ask me how I am feeling, no matter what!!...the physical therapy was out of this world, they treat you so well, and there serious about your recovery, the equipment they use for therapy was serious meaning- good.....they gave me a special pillow for my neck, no charge ...they even gave my 1year old Daugther a gift, just because. I wish I could afford to go there on the regular...I also want to thank Michelle Heisler too, shes work hard for you as well, she make sure you get what you deserve and fight for you....I made sure I told her that personally..
Steven Heisler's office through out one of the biggest cases I've ever had. I believe the company, who hit me, paid Steven off, to throw out my case. 1st before this incident, Steven and his wife had worked on 1 other case, they bailed on me in court and sent some inexperienced lawyer to represent me and I lost the case. I gave them another shot, when a 16 wheeler truck hit me at a red light. I honestly take the blame, for Steven's mishaps, I should have never rehired his office, especially when a injury lawyer witnessed the entire accident and was on the scene, I should have hired that guy, but I didn't because I didn't know him, I had already had a relationship with Steven's office and wanted to give them a chance to do their jobs correctly. The truck not only hit and destroyed my van, but also fled the scene. I had 4 witnesses, including the guys who tried to chase after the truck driver. I had pictures, licence plate number, but no state of the plates. After about a year of therapy, the office claimed it could not find fault with trucking company, and went through my personal insurance as an uninsured motorist claim. The company and the driver was liable and with 4 witness I should have gotten a sizable accommodation, but I didn't. I believe Steven's office was paid off not to persecute, and when I asked him about this: He held a meeting with everyone at the time who worked on my case, which I probably went through 5 or 6 different paralegals and adjuster, due to high turnover rates, so this group was completely new. Most of my documents were missing, all of my witness's information was missing and he yelled at me. He was so rude to me in this meeting, I could not understand, and I left crying and discussed. I know his office got paid off, but I can't prove it. This was the worst decision of my life, I should have hired the lawyer who witnessed the entire accident. I hope this helps someone.... Yes they are nice people, but they all don't do nice work, every case this office represented, for me failed miserably. What I will guarentee is that you'll walk away with something, I hope it's your dignity and not despair . It took me awhile to write this review, but I'm glad I finally did it.

This is the worse law office in the world. They lie about everything, they cheat u out ur money. They don t work at all, they make u gather up all the paper work and medical. Their receptionist Magan is the worse. All the interns don t do nothing but lie to u!!! I hate this law firm and wish that nobody use them!!!

Contacted this law firm and after a few phone messages received a letter in the mail saying they tried "several times" to contact me and were unsuccessful reaching me, when I have only received 2 calls way months back then nothing else, then saying I was pats the deadline for any claims, when I first contacted them they said nothing of this when they knew my timing of what happened. Common runaround it seems.
I guess this is their way of saying their not interested.
Horrible firm. I had a paralegal named Jessica Hughes handling my case I remember the name because I had to call and ask for her a million times jus to leave voicemails over and over and never receive a call back. It's been 3 months and the i take coordinator hasn't even told me whether not they've accepted my 2nd case meanwhile I've done everything on my part all the paperwork, therapy and everything. When i do get through to Jessica she never had a definite answer about my case she just says she will call back which never happens I end up calling another thousand times to get the same result. It's really not a good firm and I regret ever bringing them my case. I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them
