Having recently moved our residency from Maryland to Florida we wanted to develop an appropriate estate plan that was relevant and consistent with Florida law and appropriate for our needs. We interviewed several highly rated estate attorneys in the Naples area but were generally put off by their attitude of not listening to the customers (us) and having junior associates tell us what they thought we needed and then underestimating our awareness of basic estate planning.
