Completely rude phone operators, ridiculously long hold time, unhelpful information, constant cutting off when your speaking. I was disgusted by the attitude of initial call receiver. I would love to live in another county just to avoid dealing with these undertrained, superiority complexed, incompetent government wastes of money.

Not worth your time to show up. Met by someone before you enter courtroom. Told that you have no option. I felt like I had entered the twilight zone. Grateful for my county. Even Miami dade is a more pleasant experience.

Class A white collar criminals, in no way here to help the people of manatee county. Miss "Angel" is a professional scam artist in ways to get the most out of the peoples bank accounts. Anyone who is involved with this court system should expect to have random fines added after the fact no matter what the paperwork requires. No help should be expected for anyone looking for help from this con institution. There only interest is in how much they can get out of anyone they come in contact with. So if you need help dont call the cops, find youself an off the books type help unless u want to pay other peoples paycheck for no help to you.

Really ticked off that I drove 30 flipping miles to pay a ticket only to find out that they close at 4:30 instead of 5 like the website says!!!! Stupid Fing a holes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only times I've been there were to get my marriage license and to drop off passport papers. Extremely helpful and very friendly on both occasions.

if you get a fix it ticket/headlight out (316.610) look up 316.6105 for the correct fines/penalties, they will not dismiss the fee to $10 like 318.18(2c) declares. Good luck, took 2 years for a judge to refund me.

I went there for my child support case and they didn't pay attention to my defense. Trying to rush the proccess to get me out the way. Didn't feel justice was done. I have my douther every week two days a week and they didn't believe me even when I have proof. The justice system have to change.

Everything about this place is absolutely terrible.

They defaulted on me and judge moreland reprimanded them... they do not know how to do their job, terrorists

Everyone at the court house is very helpful as to where each court house is and what floor. Very clean and awesome over view of the down town area. Snack bar has great food.

Angel, can you use normal sized staples on your recordings? Other than that, we love you guys! Doing a great job!!

Today is Dec. 26, 2017. I have called the Clerk's office 3 times today and NO one has answered the phone. I keep getting a recording that they are closed Today! Then gives the hours of operation. Apparently no one has taken the phone off the message from being off for the Holiday.
This is a place that expects perfection from the public and will accept nothing less. They get free money from BS tickets all day long. They sit there and collect money and no one has the sense to turn the phone on!

If no one will answer the phone, how do I know if you guys got my certificate for driving class???? I just don't understand!!!!!!
