Having recently moved our residency from Maryland to Florida we wanted to develop an appropriate estate plan that was relevant and consistent with Florida law and appropriate for our needs. We interviewed several highly rated estate attorneys in the Naples area but were generally put off by their attitude of not listening to the customers (us) and having junior associates tell us what they thought we needed and then underestimating our awareness of basic estate planning. Brandon on the other hand spent a lot of time with us and crafted an estate plan that fit with our expectations. He is very personable and has a great customer/ Client focus. We felt comfortable with him from the start and have been happy with his crafting of our trusts, real estate plans and legacy transition requirements all within a relatively short timeline and at a reasonable cost. We have recommended several of our friends to Brandon and know of at least one that has also engaged him to help with their estate planning needs
