Jonalynn Dunn took advantage of my elderly mother and has what I think a deal with house flippers under the table. An "investor" made a cash offer that had to go through a bank?, and delayed the funds being transferred by a couple of days, they rushed her out of the property. The property was closed on and relisted for 60,000 dollars more in a five day period with no upgrades done including vacuuming and general cleaning, by Jonalynn. My mom is now having medical issues because of how upset she is. I cannot believe a broker and a real estate agent would do this to someone. Beware
