Lancaster Rehabilitation is an outstanding facility.
From the receptionist to the social worker to the caretakers and all other staff that are part of the Team, they are caring professionals taking the extra steps to be sure all the residents needs are taken care of quickly.
As a family member, you can always count on quick responses and know your loved one is getting the best care.
During the Covid-19, Lancaster Rehabilitation kept families informed by updates on a regular basis. That was so important since we were not able to visit in person.
Very caring staff that is always smiling and so helpful!
Crystal was awesome during my interview. She was very informative about what they were looking for and their procedure's. She also seemed very interested in not only my experience with past jobs but with my ethics and the type of person I am. Seems like a good company to work for and I'm hoping they consider my application
I have hesitated to write a review but it has been 2 years since my mom spent her last 24 hours of life at Lancaster Manor, sadly if there was a 0 rating I would give it. I can t believe there is no history on google search of the conditions of the second floor of Lancaster manor- I placed my mom in hospice there after looking on website In a rush as my mom was being released from hospital that day. website shows a nice environment with professional staff- when we got there I was relieved as we walked through the first floor to the elevator .. then she was placed on second floor, there are no pictures of this environment that I can find on their web page it was like stepping into a scary movie I m ashamed it took me this long to write a review. No air conditioning working in room dated is a compliment, I was afraid to sit on the cloth chair in the room- staff was not in uniform like the first floor- charge nurse was horribly over worked with high numbers as I asked and she was assigned around 48 people if I remember correctly - It was heartbreaking, old furniture in hallways, scratches and gashes in walls, because of my advocating my mom was moved to first floor by the morning where she soon passed- 2 Years later I still think of this experience and the people who live on the second floor- please take your time, look at the whole facility when making a decision to place your loved one - I regret my decision and it s very hard as you don t have a lot of time when put in that situation please do your research when considering a placement here .
Placed my wife here couple weeks ago and she seems to like it very well. She was here for three months last year and when the time came to readmit her permanently this is the place she chose. You can tell the friendliness of the place the moment you walk in the front door.. the staff takes their responsibilities seriously.
Wonderful staff & facility. Would highly recommend to anyone :)
Was notified today there is no hot water, air conditioning is off, and no fans can be run in patients room???? This would be on the 100 unit, is this due to the Covid that is unfortunately going on there? Sounds like a crisis now. No social worker or admin staff comes to my friend when he has asked for a visit.
You take very good care of my Dad and we sure appreciate it! The staff is friendly and helpful and my Dad is very comfortable here. The amenities are great and we sure appreciate the snack bar! It is nice to have when we visit or when Dad wants something different to drink or eat.
Moved my brother in today everyone is so warm and welcoming I know he will be well taken care of
