Great vibe, team seem snotty and no one looks up from reception. Will try again sometime. Doorman is great!

I was there for a conference. The facilities, finger food and lunch were great.

The bed in this Hotel is to die for! We have been to this hotel a couple of times and we love it! The guys at the Concierge there are very helpful, Ken is a magnificent person and very professional. There is this friendly guy with the white beard, I forgot his name sorry, we loved seeing him there, talking to people, helping others, great service, we hope to see him again next when we are back there. Thanks guys, amazing hotel.

2 star restairant food on Monday. Looks like it will be good but no. Pork belly no crispy skin and the meat was dry and stringy. The sauce was the best part. Iwas hungry so I ate it but it was a poor pub bistro attempt.

Visited Chuan Spa. Exceptional service from staff throughout the hotel, from the moment I pulled up outside the hotel. Beautiful place to visit especially Chuan Spa.

8 is the best restaurant! Such amazing food and the bathroom is the best place for selfies hahahaha

Eco friendly hotel. You can park by yourself and the parking building has a lift that access the hotel

Been there quite a few times for weddings and conference etc. Always a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful.

No I don't dislike this place I love it, lovely food of all kinds, nice people who work there, helpful, price is economical, reasonable, the venue is clean, straight from the motorway, parking round the corner, a lift to take you to the restaurant, for all ages this place and it's placed on the internet under Eight.

Lovely time, staff were great, the food in restaurant 8 was amazing.. only disappointment was no top sheet on the bed.. in a 5 star hotel I expect this.

Had high tea and it was excellent as always. Selection is second to none and you're not limited to just a single tea option as long as you can handle the fluid intake. Had two pots of tea with the savoury food and a coffee with the dessert portion.

Highly recommend the lobby bar, had the best cocktail there. Great atmosphere lovely decor relaxing setting

Unfortunately, we had to make a change to our travel schedule and all the other hotels we had bookings with were kind enough to refund our prepaid room. The Langham was not. Terrible customer service. They've lost the chance we would ever stay there now.

Excellent food quality at Restaurants like 8 more for casual buffet style dining.

Good service but the rooms need to be updated. The staff at the club lounge that worked in the morning was not friendly. However, the staff that worked in the evening was excellent.

Was there for a workshop session loved the hotel and service. Food was simply delicious.

Lovley food, so much choice, quite expensive to not include coffee.

High tea was absolutely lux! Very highly recommended.

Room next to flight attendants... they do have a lot of pillow fights in their rooms don't they?

Perhaps the hotel is going thru growing pains as it switched from Langham branding to Cordis. Checking in was chaotic with no dedicated desk for 1865 guest. Was not offered my late check-out as a Voyager member nor room upgrade. Bathrooms are on the short side, with all surfaces updated but the flooring, which looks odd.

However requests were attended to promptly.

Centrally located. Took a nice stroll down Queens street to the harbour.

I've only gone to the Langham for the High Tea on Sunday afternoon, but I was highly impressed with the enthusiasm and knowledge the master tea person had. The food was very good especially the scones and the tea selection was decent as well.

Like many hotels, the rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. There are small details like bathroom mirrors that dont fog, plugs for international travelers, etc. What sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. I had some issues that were ironed out quickly, and management made sure I was happy. The Concierge took special attention to make sure I got to the places I needed to be. Even the lounge staff made sure I was comfortable. I certainly did not expect this level of service from a hotel that was not high-priced. I can't think of a reason to go elsewhere.

Booked for the bestest friends from the americas and they had a very pleasant experience.

The ambiance was amazing. I went there for a seminar and I would say it is one of the best places for it.

Stayed here for a mini honeymoon and loved every minute of it! We forked out for the Executive Room and it was amazing value for money, I cannot overstate that. The lounge access was excellent and kept us in wine and snacks with excellent service and lovely wait staff. The roof-top swimming pool is stylish, as is the herbal steam room and ice experience! The only downside I can think of is that the bathrooms, while modern, are on the smallish side. The room itself was fine though and the bed was super comfy! I honestly can't wait to come back and stay here again, hopefully on our anniversary.

I went to Chuan Spa for my pampering. I was supposed to get free 3hrs parking but kinda late for my appointment already and their allocated parking was a wee drive from Cordis as they don't have their own parking area on site so just kindly asked valet person to park car for me.
He was very helpful and even offered a discount since I was going to their Chuan Spa treatment.
Great service from Lucy who answered all my calls and emails. Hene, the massage therapist who attended to me she was awesomely good and made my first chuan spa experience a great, relaxing one. Thank you Chuan Spa for a wonderful time.

Always a treat to stay here. Elegant hotel great for special occasions.

8 Restaurant is fantastic, however not cheap and booking recommended. Timed sittings for lunch/dinner.

Still a Langham. It's currently under renovation, but don't let that out you off. The new rooms are lighter and more spacious due to the new furniture and furnishings.
There might be some construction noise until they finish, but staff are doing their best to keep guests away from the construction floors.

Well presented hotel. Visited for a conference. Top notch halls with really good acoustics. Staff were polite and helpful and had a great attitude. Food was amazingly good, especially the smoked beef which was soft, juicy and tender.

Room is good. Reception was very helpful and friendly when we rang them asking for more milk as we had used the 1 that was in the fridge.

Came for a work function. Food catering was not great. service was ok.. but I could get better service and food else where.. disappointed.

The Langham is my favourite place to getaway while staying in the city. The staff are attentive and ensure that you have everything you need. When you stay at the Langham you get full use of the spa and pool facilities. It's so relaxing to sit in the spa as the sun goes down and I particularly love the herbal steam room. The food (restaurant and room servive) is excellent as well.

Has the best restaurant in Auckland and has the highest presentation in food service.

Great clean hotel with good wellness spa and gym. Unfortunately no mixed sauna. Very friendly staff.

This place a great for high tea. Lovely food and drinks. A lot of great teas from all around the world. Good value for money and the staff are very lovely and knowledgeable.

The service was great, the food superb and the availability of valet parking, tops.

Surprisingly impressed. We visted just before Christmas 2017, for my wifes Christmas work function, and although told about continued renovations, there was nothing other than the od contrators vehicle outside to indicte so. We stayed over night, the room was typical of any hotel room, small but tidy with all the amenities. The conference room was large, the catered food was ok and the staff we excellent. After the function we stopped at the bar, only lightly doted with patrons we were greated enthusiastically, with our waiter taking time to make us feel welcome, and have a talk and joke. We had a group of around 12, and all our varied drinks and cocktails were catered too, well made to everyones liking.
