I am a psychiatrist. I was on my bicycle when I was hit by a car on sept 7th 2017. I have a left tib/fib fracture dislocation, I had surgery on the 8th and discharged on Saturday 9th of September. I would like to tell my story from the very beginning. Well, this story only has a beginning. The beginning is the end.
I contacted the firm on Friday evening via their online form. I received a prompt response from Jeffrey Neinstein who asked me to provide details of my injury. I spent time to have composed a summary of me case and sent to him. I requested an appointment to meet him. They all fell into deaf ears. Jeffrey Neinstein never wrote me back. It is clear to me how he positions himself and his firm: as legal professionals, they don't believe they have a obligation to maintain our social fabric even though their business and livelihood based on it. He had no respect to people he deemed as useless to their business. He was so mean that he would not even spend a few seconds drop me a line. I am really happy to see their true color from the very beginning that saved me my time, energy and pain to have any further dealings with them.
I am very suspicious about some people's good remarks on the firm. My brief experience with Jeffery is the opposite to what they said. the truth is Jeffery did not treat me like a fellow human being - He did not even treat me as a project. For them I am nothing.
