of all chocolate brands, the worst flavor, caused by low quality ingredients. like most american companies, profit comes first, before product quality. i feel sorry for all the reviewers, who gave 5 stars. obviously they never had great chocolate before. try ritter sport.
Crystal A drive is the address with multiple buildings as offices and warehouse. Good work place with good facilities. Looks under staffed though.

love the chocolate but when you guys are gonna send it to other places can you tell the person that's taking care of it to put it in a place that's very cold so that it doesn't melt because if the customers buy it and it's melted they are gonna throw it away.
My family and I have never purchased their Reese Cups, ever since they significantly shrunk their size. Come on Hershey's....

Hershey is my favorite brand of chocolate. I live a little over an hour away from Hershey, PA, and i've taken tours at Chocolate World multiple times. I've grown up with Hershey's. From Kit Kats to Milk Duds, to even the regular Hershey bar, Hershey never stops amazing me with the quality of the products produced.

It's a good place. The whole town is more like a Willie Wanka town. The Hershey Park is also a good place in summer.

Avoid Reeses. It now will give a person a constant never ending trip to the restroom. When Hershey started making Reeses south of US. This Reeses stuff is better than otc Laxatives. seriously Hershey you need to revert the recipe. This is sick and gross.

At Def Leppard Journey concert right now. Def Leppard awesome. Journey's s lead guitarist should have done a sound check before playing. There is too much feedback from his mics and he is drowning out lead singer and the rest of the band. I paid too much money for this. Someone fire the sound board guys. Last several songs much better with a different guitar. thank you.
We bought some Hershey s chocolate while on holidays. We were excited to try it - only to discover it tasted like vomit?? Assuming the only logical explanation was that it had gone off, even though it was still in date, I emailed the company - who completely fobbed me off?! - stating that comments that their chocolate tasted like vomit were common? Why would you continue to sell something that tastes like puke?? I don t understand! And the customer service received tasted just as bad! We love the kisses and the ice cream but will no longer buy those products as I refuse to buy from companies that show such complete disregard to their customers.

Sadly, it is closed because of COVID, however, their gift shop located at Chocolate World in the amusement park is open!! Definitely a place I would love to return to with the family and tour. The young lady that answered the phone was very helpful and extremely polite. The streets around the factory had names of chocolate, kisses lampposts.
Not sure if this is the best chocolate producing company.
