Jon and Todd were extremely helpful when purchasing my new trailer. I had a ton of questions, and Jon took the time to go through everything with me to make sure I understood. They worked with me to make sure I had exactly what I needed, and we're helpful in the days after the purchase when I had more questions. I drove 3 hours to get to them, and I would do it again for the quality of service and price that I received. Thank you!

Best trailer company hands down, they treat their customers like a king! I ve been looking for a trailer for about a month looked at craigslist and at many local and non local trailer outfits, dealt with salesman and craigslist dreamers until I found The King Trailer sales. The staff is extremely helpful and curtious! I purchased a 14k 20 long equipment trailer from them the first day I went there. Extremely pleased!!!

They are very enthusiastic to make a sale but don't keep their promises after. Not sure how Jeremy pays for that $100,000 Cadillac you have to walk around to get in the front door but it's not from repeat customers.

The King Company did a great job installing the Leer Topper on my truck. It was a perfect fit and all the extras were installed as they said they would. I am very pleased with their Sales & Service!

I had rails for a fifth wheel hitched installed and asked for an additional trailer plug to be put in flush mounted in the back left hand corner of the box. I m satisfied with rail installation but the additional plug is another story!! They drilled a 1 1/2 hole in the sidewall of my box which they brought the wiring pigtail up through. Took a regular trailer plug mounting bracket and pounded the 90 degree bend out of it with a hammer and proceeded to drill two holes in the side of my top rail of the box and mounted it there. Looks like a 3rd grader did it. To make matters worse when they disconnected the wiring harnesses to put in the new pigtail they broke the locking tabs off so it wouldn t make good contact and I kept getting a trailer disconnected message. It was a pain to diagnose!! Shoddy workmanship!!

Bought a trailer here 16 months ago and the bearings blew apart after 6 uses. Refused to even check the other bearings even though it is under warranty because warranty company wouldn't pay for that. Also will not do anything about rust already starting on trailer. Will NOT buy anything from them again.

I was not too impressed with th quality of the MTI trailer and the service provided by The King Company. Old style LED light not recessed. Poor quality on door seals with light shining through when latched. King company did work on trailer when it came in and they tracked mud on the floor from the front to back. I will take my business elswhere next time and stick with a United trailer ,which is a more quality built trailer.

Many thanks to Bud and John for all their help. They were a great and if your looking for good folks to deal with you need to look no further. They are a very community minded company that work not only with customers but with organizations with limited funds to bring programs to our youth. Their reputation brought me from about 100 miles east to do business with them. I will do my personal business here as well and highly recommend them for products and services.

Very poor customer service, we bought a brand new $12,000 trailer to haul a specific piece of equipment to job sites and told them the weight and everything before ordering it, ( we even paid extra for heavier framing underneath. The first day on the job this item busted out the floor. When we told King's about it they made us wait almost 2 weeks for free flooring from the factory and then we replaced it ourselves because they were too busy. Very bad customer service. A Great place to buy very cheap products at a very high markup.

King's web price was lower than the showroom price. Initially nice to deal with but when I asked why the price difference and why I don't get the web price, they got snippy. If I wasn't limited on time, I would have gone elsewhere.

I got a 6x14 enclosed mti trailer within the first 5 months about a dozen srews broke off had light issues and major rust issues welding wire still left hanging from the poor welds ect. At first no issue with king co. Then on 5/12/17 i got a replacement from mti (rc trailers). I was told by king co. That it was inspected and ready to go. Went to pick it up and first thing was the hole front of trailer was full of bugs they couldnt even wash it. Got it home and more issues than the first one. Trailer was built 4/2017 still had wire hanging from the welds caulk was still wet and done very Poorly with finger prints all over from the caulk srews were put in crooked bare metal one the tounge srews were not screwed all the way in inside. You could see they missed the studs numerous times. The list goes on and on. Buyer beware of the mti trailers.

I had a hitch and wiring installed on a Toyota Avalon in June. I had just bought the Avalon, used, from Ballweg Toyota. When I got home and hooked a trailer up to test it, the right taillight didn t work. Trailer lights didn t work either. I called King and they got me back in the same day to repair the problem. They ended up having to order a new taillight for my car. They offered to pay for it. After I had the hitch installed, I had also noticed a clunking sound at certain times coming from the back of the car. I talked to someone at the Toyota dealership about the noise and he suggested I check the hitch by hitting it with a rubber mallet. I found the problem, the muffler hanger bracket and been reinstalled backward by the person who had worked on it at King. When I had first taken the car back for the taillight problem, I had just gotten out of the hospital, released directly from the ICU because of COVID concerns. So, I wasn t feeling the best. I m also 75 yrs. old. I ended up helping the person who worked on testing the taillight. I stood the whole time, in 80+ degree weather. It s probably a good thing that I stayed with him. I reminded him that he had left the fuse cover open in the engine compartment and handed a pry tool to him that he had left on the trunk lid. He was about to close the trunk lid on the tool. A new taillight had to be ordered and I took the car back a few days later to have the light installed. When I opened the trunk lip, I found another pry tool on the lip of the trunk! I have bought two trailers from King and have had two other hitches installed. I have not had this kind of experience with them before.

Bought my trailer from them a little over a year ago and they've been super great since the purchase. They even went as far as fixing an electrical issue and not charging me even though the electrical warranty ran out. It's a bit of a drive for me but I will definitely keep going back for all of my hauling needs.

A huge thank you to The King Company. On my way to a fishing trip I lost a wheel bearing on my boat trailer. Jerry's Towing service suggested I have it towed to The King Company. We got there around 4:30PM. They immediately started working on it and got me back on the road by 6:30PM. The price was very fair and the guy why did the work even refused to take the tip that I offered him. Would recommend this company to everyone.
