Convenient place for kids activities with adult gym.

I went there for therapy and the therapists are great. The receptionist however, is very rude and dismissive.

Worst customer service with Grace Keller! Rude and extremely dismissive!

Wonderful yoga and fitness classes. Very clean. Good amenities.

I used to work here , but I stupidly got myself terminated :( anyway I know a lot of what goes on here. Before you commit to joining this place I would advise you to read my YELP review , it may change your mind .

Only premium gym in the area. Very clean facilities with some uncommon facilities like an indoor track, climbing wall and pool with hot tubs.

Love all the amenities and excellent variety of things for kids.

Manager annoying and arrogant. He likes to give opinion even if you don't ask for it and it comes off rude. I think he thinks he's being motivating but he comes off RUDE. I give it 5 for workout and for adults. Not so good with the kid classes. People never seem to be on the same page or know what's going on. Workers don't show up and the manager makes you, along woth the employee feel extremely uncomfortable. They deserve it but not the member.

Fantastic place to work out at. It is expensive but you get a lot for your money. I love attending the group classes. They are never too full and the instructors are very nice and helpful during the workout.

Little pricey but worth every penny. Huge variety of things to do.

Signed by daughter to swimming lessons. Have been there for a year now so it's working and instructors are great.

The spa hot tub has been without jets for some time. We pay significantly more to have full amenities. I m disappointed in their lack of expediency.

Whether you want to simply work out or swim, use the therapy pool, whirlpool, steam room or sauna, it's a great facility. Has indoor and outdoor tennis courts and an indoor basketball court.

Love this place. The best for my water therapy. Great place to go for the gym, too. Very large layout with a whole lot to do there.

Been a member for 10 years. They are now starting to make updates to the facility. Love the steam room and cold tank.

Great place. Excellent tennis program as well. Gym and locker rooms have friendly atmosphere. This place even has towels

I bought a one day pass and was a bit disappointed in the place. It used to be top of the line in it's day but I see it hasn't aged well in the weight equipment department. One of the things I was mostly disgusted with was some of the locker room spa procedures. I see they now require bathing suits in the mens spa area which seems ok but what's really foul is that they now have people in the whirlpool in their underwear.....really? if your going to require cover up it has to be a swim suit...NOT UNDERWEAR. I had three different guys in their nasty underwear around me....I'll never go back

I love the pool and hot tub. I also like the workout areas. They have everything I need for working out and for cleaning up afterwards. I can go almost anytime, workout, cleanup and be able to go without a lot of hassle. Everything is always very clean. They also have a great walking/running track I like to use. All in all I'm very happy with this gym. There are also plenty of water and land classes to partake in.

This has everything I love doing Warm POOL walking in a therapy pool, hot tub. Cory was great explaining what they have to offer.

Top notch service! From the front desk to the locker room attendants. A very upscale experience.

We have private swimming lessons with Stephanie and she is lovely. Also, it is warm inside and the kids pool has warm water. It is a great place for kids.

The physicality is large and offers a lot but poorly run. Some staff are excellent. Others are horrible with multiple complaints but still continue to be employed. In addition there is little to no monitoring of classes which puts members at risk. Members including myself have experienced broken bones due to this.

Very nice kids club/camp with activities, however, the pool has way too much of chlorine.

The Health Complex is a Very clean and modern facility. Lots of great classes available for the entire family.

Best Health Club EVER!! So many options to stay fit or simply relax!!

My 5 yo does private swim lessons here and the instructor has been wonderful. Great warm pool for lessons too.

Top Level is a amazing gym. The workouts are quick guided, and so effective!

Great teaching pro's, several options for drop in drills, several good female tennis players and traveling teams. Great value for healthplex membership as there are 8 courts (with free walk-on court time during non peak hours) and a huge modern fitness club that's got it all except for overcrowding. Also, very friendly staff at entire complex.

I love this gym!
When I started going to classes here Everyone was welcoming! The teachers and other participants were so supportive and helpful. The kids club staff is very friendly and always remembers my child's name. The gym is clean and they offer such a variety of classes! Awesome locker rooms with a sauna, hot tub and showers. You can even schedule a massage.

Best large healthplex/gym in the area, swimming, tennis, small rock climbing wall, 2 full size basketball courts, group fitness, free weights, cardio, plyo and stretching areas...great staff!

Well maintained facilities with indoor track, pools, tennis, basketball, climbing wall, boxing, besides standard gym stuff. It's pricier than I'd like to pay, but worth it.

If you can get over the fact that your $40/month membership fee doesn't cover the tennis courts and indoor rock climbing, it's actually a pretty nice complex.

Was my first time being there. Pretty awesome place, but the tennis courts definitely need resurfacing

Winter time well spent. Thanks for having best indoor tennis courts in town. Not very expensive for the facilities it offers, likes of Yoga, heated pools and spa. Super rich experience with affordable member fee. I love this club.
