Haven t had working lights for a month. They claim to have a 24/7 maintenance line. All that maintenance line does is submit work orders and they have literally no information as to what is actually going on. I moved in the place was filthy. Electronics didn t work and still don t. I haven t had a mailbox key and I m about to make my second rent payment. This is a simple cash grab company. It s an absolute sick joke. Once they have you locked in you re just another pay check to them. They stop responding to emails about your concerns. Don t make the same mistake I did. There are better landlords in Fayetteville, please look for them. Save yourself. -5/5. Gross negligence.

Terrible organization. Don't let their Facebook reviews fool you, those are shills placed by friends and family members (including the owner herself). They care way more about the commission from sales of real estate than they do actually taking care of your property.

They are quick to delete negative reviews and block those who left them. I also have evidence of the owner badmouthing customers on public social media posts! Overall, highly unprofessional and shouldn't be trusted to steward your property. You can do much better in this town.

Management is almost impossible to reach with issues, they have multiple phone numbers, and they are slow to correct problems when they do respond. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! In 18 months on a lease, I've never met in person or spoken to my landlord- tell me how that's not a problem!

I already know of one tenant who has won a court case against them, and before long they will be blacklisted from Fort Bragg. STAY AWAY. This organization victimizes customers!

Terrible. Strongly recommend against using this company for anything.
We listed our house with them and it seemed to be drama from the very beginning. After 6 months of it sitting vacant, we returned to see that the cleaning that we paid for by their recommended professional was definitely not done, and they had signed off that it was. Scam.

I engaged Tiffany Myers numerous times and she rarely replies. Unprofessional and incompetent.

Update*** have been living here for months now and cannot get ahold of anyone. I m paying well over a thousand dollars for rent and haven t had a functional dishwasher for four months. The only person who answered the phone quit! I have no idea what I will do when it comes time to move out!!!

Rented a home two months before move in date. Went back to check on the house/take measurements for furniture a month out. House needed badly to be cleaned and repaired. Was promised the home would be cleaned and repaired. Nothing was done. Literally still feces in the toilet upon move in which I had notified the Key Group of a month prior. The oven/stove don t work. The sinks leak/are clogged. Mold everywhere. Garage door doesn t work. Now that I m here I am struggling to get ahold of anyone at the Key Group to resolve these issues. I couldn t even move in on time because I had to clean the entire house myself. No one responds to calls or emails. *Update - 19 March* I received a response that I would be credited $75 for the cleaning I had to do myself. I was promised that the oven/stove situation would be fixed (it s been a week without the ability to cook). I was also promised that the issues I identified in my move-in inspection would be fixed. However, still no actual progress/ compensation. *Update* Plumber came and the entire sink/garbage disposal needs to be replaced and has been damaged for some time. I honestly don t think a move out inspection was ever done. The water damage under the cabinets is severe and everything is rusted so this is a long term issue. This also explains why the fire hazard stove/oven issue wasn t addressed. No one had ever checked the oven because it was completely caked with grease and debris. The wall behind it was covered in a thick coating of dirt and oil. If any of this was checked during a move out inspection it would have been cleaned/issues identified. Got approval to fix sink/garbage disposal within a few hours!

Do not use this company or you will regret it. Tiffany Myers is the owner, she is unresponsive and any staff that she has working with her as just as unresponsive.

You can file a Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and even a NC Real Estate Commission complaint again this company; and against Tiffany Myers as the owner/proprietor of the business.

She has an obligation to uphold a certain level of business acumen and she definitely has not.

They take a fee for doing property management and they are definitely not doing any type of property management.

The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office went out to serve them with a letter and they knocked and knocked -- no one answered the door.

Many of us in the community have called and text, none of us have gotten a reply. The tenants that they rented a house to are a constant violator of the Cumberland County Noise Ordinance.

Sheriffs have gone by the home and the property management needs to do their job. Don't use this company. They are unprofessional. They'll take your money and not provide the service that they're supposed to.

Pushy. Poor communication. Fairly rude and little was ever done on time. Takes them 30 DAYS TO ISSUE BACK YOUR DEPOSIT. Be aware of that if you're looking to move into another place and would like to use that money. All around lazy people out to make a buck rather than ensure their tenants are taken care of.

If I could give the business a zero rating and make a comment that would be my rating. It is difficult to talk with a representative of the business with the exception of texting or emailing. The owner cites legal written communication but all things communicated doesn't need legal standing. I was promised a security deposit refund by the owner and haven't received it. All communication attempts haven't been reciprocated. The only positive is the assistant whom I first communicated with kept me up to date of the status of my maintenance request, etc. She has since left the company.

I highly do not recommend the The Key Group. Save yourself time and pain of this business. This is my first time ever writing a review on an business. I hope you re not like me and found out too late reading all the negative reviews. I appreciate my time and do not like to be lied to about services being done! I hope this saves someone the pain I ve experienced.
