Last year we had a bad experience with someone there by the name of Mr. Fink who had responded to an email inquiry we sent regarding a property we were interested in seeing. He literally responded that we would not find any properties at that price point AND also stated we needed to consider a much higher price range than we felt comfortable spending. It was a very unsettling experience considering they had a few properties listed that were within our budget. Apparently, he was not interested in showing them and was looking for a bigger payout. With that said, avoid Greg Fink at all cost unless you want a shake down.
