This company has truly been a blessing for me! I went through such a difficult time last year trying to get my sleep apnea treated, and my doctor's office was so negligent in the entire process that me getting my CPAP took way longer and pushed it into 2020. Even though I hadn't met my deductible this year and it wasn't my insurance's fault, they reimbursed me 100% for a refurbished machine I bought! Now I'm on my way to being healthy and feeling like myself again! Thank you all so much!
Have had nothing but trouble with this insurance ever since we got it! The company my husband works for switched from BCBS to Kempton Group Insurance on January 1st. It took us FOREVER before it actually activated and get our cards. Well into February. Then we fought with it not showing up everywhere we went that we have insurance. They have been fighting paying for things such as testosterone low blood levels and psychiatric appointments. I have been trying to get in with my counselor for a month and Kempton will not respond with if and how much they will cover. I could go on for weeks about how awful the Kempton experience has been for us.
I have thedaCare and every time I have a bill I have to call both company's because my copay becomes $200+ for getting tested for strep. Being 18 and paying over two times the copay that I should be paying it's making it hard for me. I shouldn't have to call both companies to solve this issue. I've had to call both before for my last bill.
