I had been rear ended hard back in the beginning of 2018 which totaled my vehicle and injured my neck. The person who hit me's insurance wouldn't even give me enough to cover the medical expenses I had already accrued, or repairs/replacement of my truck, and they wouldn't provide me a rental. The Kemp Law firm dumped me and his two clients a week before the two year mark without any previous notification.
The only way I knew the case had been dropped was when I called the patients to find out that the attorney decided to drop the case.
It was a clear cut case and any attorney with only one month beneath his or her belt could of settled the case.
I would advise all clients and doctors to steer clear of this firm.
