Hey this place has worked wonders in my body. My every day Life has for ever been changed in such a positive way. The staff are warm and full of energy. Dr. Chris is my favorite, he has helped me regain my body.

I went in for intro and didn't get any relief. I hate that they use drop tables too. It's jolting and doesn't help me at all. My neck was the main issue & they wouldn't adjust without updated x-Ray imaging which I understand. But, they can't even order imaging! So, im out $30 with no relief and the knowledge that The Joint sucks. Ill be going to a real chiropractic place now...

My name is Larry. I am a competitive martial artist and an avid golfer and let me tell you... My skeleton takes a pounding! I first learned of "The Joint" by referral from a friend as I was suffering from a recent training injury. Fast! Effective! Friendly! Affordable! I honestly could not believe how quickly I was relieved from my pain and suffering. The entire appointment lasted less than 5 minutes and I have had ZERO pain or discomfort in the 4 months since my 1st visit. Truly remarkable!! Quite recently I revisited "The Joint" for desperate relief from my neck injury (I lost a vicious fight with my pillow). Again I was COMPLETELY impressed and satisfied with the immediate and lasting results! And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg!! The services are so affordable, I would never again imagine waiting to seek treatment. My total experience was comforting. From the warm, welcoming smile and calm reassurance from Jessica at the front desk to the sheer joy of being pain-free and completely mobile again "The Joint Chiropractic" at Dana Park has my complete endorsement and full support. While I hope I never sustain another battle wound "The Joint" is where I'm going if I do.

I find your response very concerning even more so the nature of the complaint, and instead of calling me directly with your findings to discuss and allow me to ask questions regarding your findings, you post it here.

This young man who was my chiropractor today, was so right on. He paid attention to what my needs are. And listen to my pressure Grunts and groans and moans. He was fabulous. Honestly your team is great. And truly, every Joint Chiropractic I pop into has the most professional doctors working on me. Thank you for your great help and making me well.

Jessica is amazing! All the DC's here are great! Cady, Chris and Emily are all really good and I am happy to see any one of them.

This is a great location with excellent staff. Front desk is always kind and gets to know you on a personal level. Dr Chris is an excellent chiropractor. He knows his stuff!! I highly recommend Dr Chris abs this location.

You get in an out very quickly and its a competitive price. Everyone there are good and have good education, and offer the choice of both men and women doctors. Very straight forward, and the adjustments are better than some other companies I have tried.

But regarding canceling the corporation is particular, you have to cancel in person. That is their way of capturing an extra month if you forget to cancel.

Had an issue with my account and the front desk staff was AMAZING! The doctors are also incredible!

My experience is always fast , professional and treated with respect. They make me feel like I m a valued patient. The place is always clean. By far the only place that I will go hands down . Highly recommend Mr.Spence

5+ years of back/neck/shoulder pain I brought my stubborn self to The Joint Chiropractic after saying no to countless pain management medications, X-rays, exuberant physicians willing to throw it all on my medical bills, and potential surgery.. all I can say is wow..... THIS PLACE CHANGED MY LIFE! Fantastic Staff! Excellent Doctors! A warm, friendly, and fast experience every time to start my week off right! Thank you all so much.

Always such a great experience. Staff is always smiling and willing to help. This office is extremely clean and organized which makes me feel safe going. I like all the locations but I drive out of my way to see everyone on Val Vista and Baseline.

Went to another location yesterday, and had a good experience. Came to this plaza today and also had an awesome adjustment at this location by Dr. Cady! Candy up front was very very friendly, and I ended up going with their monthly plan. Such a great rate.

My Doc is awesome, takes time to list to you. Feel great since I've been going to the doctor for three years now, it's well spent.

My husband started going here about 6 weeks ago, and we were skeptical at first, but for the first time ever he has been back pain free for a whole week!

First time visiting The Joint Chiropractic and receiving chiropractic services. Of course, there was some uncertainty as to what to expect but I was immediately greeted and with a smile! :-) After a short wait (about 5-10 min) I saw Dr. Heyerti. After a thorough pre-exam, we got started, had a terrific experience and left feeling GREAT! I will definately be back for more treatments! :-)

One of the best things I've done to take care of myself. Staff and Doctors are personable and caring. I'm in and out in 10 to 15 minutes and always feel better after leaving there!

I was introduced to this practice years ago. At first I was very pleased. However after time I started to feel like a number. I was rushed in and rushed out. There was no prescriptive approach or method of treatment.

I decided to revisit due to a busy schedule. The front of house was very friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with the time taken to assess my individual needs! Clearly there has been some restructuring and focus on the patient. I would very much thank Dr. Chris Larue for his professionalism and attention to detail.

Drs Nick and Cady are both extremely professional and the location is in the right spot. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. This is a great place!

Been going to this specific Joint for almost two years now. I get terrible migraines and work a desk job and I've tried everything. Someone suggested the Joint and it has been one of the best things for me. Between massage and chiropractic adjustments, my migraines are down 60% to 80% and I really only get two terrible ones a year now. I feel like I have my life back! Because desk work just makes them worse compared to other jobs I've had in the past...it was hard to feel that way. The doctors are super fast and it's not terribly expensive....great for those on a budget like myself and everyone is nice! Highly recommend it!

Highly recommend! Easiest most comfortable and convenient chiropractic experience I've ever had! Always fast and friendly! Best of all of course my lower back and hip pain is gone! Major shout out to all the front desk help, always friendly and made me feel like family, thank you! I will be sending everyone I know your way!

I suffer from really bad headaches and I haven t gone in over a year but this place is amazing. They are so caring as well. Love this place

The entire staff is very helpful, courteous, and efficient. The office is beautiful too!

Dr Conway is the most gentle chiropractor I've ever been to, and he was also the most efficient and thorough. I have a chronic pain condition that flared up when I slipped and fell a few days ago. He answered all my questions, and explained everything he was going to do and why (i.e. "this will stretch the shoulder"), which I really appreciated. He used a technique that was new to me when he aligned my hips and neck, and it was the complete opposite of my previous experiences - I used to dread having them worked on because it was very jarring, traumatic, and painful...but Dr Conway changed all that!

I love that you don't need to schedule an appointment and the membership program makes weekly chiropractic affordable. They also support the other businesses in Dana Park, and I like that comradery!

I have been a patient of The joint chiropractic for the past year. I was mainly going to the Tempe location as that was my "home" location. I have never had any problems when anybody until I met Candy at the Dana Park location.

I called to see if there was anything I can do to get my auto draft postponed for 5 days. Candy was very defensive from the very beginning. She kept clarifying that I would have to come in to the office. She was very difficult to deal with so to avoid any issues I just told her that I would just come into the office to take care of it, not a problem. She offered to look up my account and call me back. I told her there's no need I'm just going to come down and take care of it and then we hung up. Maybe she mistook my acceptance for the opposite of? I don't know?

So I came into the Dana Park location. I walked in and I introduced myself very friendly very kind to Candy. When he realized who I was her face instantly turned red. The first words out of her mouth were "I tried to call you but your phone number isn't updated."

I say, "Okay, I'll get it updated I wasn't really expecting a call anyway so not a big deal."

Then she tells me I have to go to the Tempe location to make any changes. Again, kindly I told her "Ok that's not a problem, but I do remember that there was one woman who worked in this office who had access to both the Tempe system and the Gilbert system. Do you know when she will be here next?"

She then said "No there isn't, I can't give you that info."

I then told her "Ok, no problem. how would I go about transferring my home store to this location? Would I do it---"

Candy then cut me off and would not let me finish speaking and then told me that I would have to go to the Tempe location that there's nothing she can do for me.

I was totally confused about where she got this passive aggressive attitude from. maybe someone was mean to her right before that and she took it out on me? I was polite the entire time I wasn't upset I was never mean to her. I was over-the-top nice.

I ended up canceling my membership at the Tempe location. The receptionist there, Nicole, was awesome one of the best I've ever dealt with. Thank you Nicole. Maybe if they get Candy out of there I'll come back. I'm reading the reviews and it seems to be a repeated problem at this location, you all should take note and secret shop her.

Still haven't gotten a call..update 8/26/19

Not sure why the reviews are so positive , maybe because of the chiropractors who are actually capable. But their front staff is very evasive about the plans and its terms. Like a car dealership they are eager to get your business but dismissive when you no longer want their services . I find the front staff to be condescending when you try to ask questions and ask them to explain the financial side- quite shady

Really enjoy Dr. Chris, but came in on 4/13/2020 at 5:50 and the office had 12 people in there. We were the only two people wearing masks in the office area and people were not being requested to practice social distancing. We left and are checking out San Tan and Gilbert Marketplace.

Failed to tell me my sessions would not roll over. I paid the monthly $69 just to only receive one out my 4 sessions. Rip-off and waste of money.

I could barely walk when I went into the Joint today. I was greeted by a wonderful front office worker who let me know how many appointments I had until next month. It was great information to receive.
The Chiropractor who worked on me was absolutely amazing. She took her time and did the adjustment I needed. I felt so much better. Thank you Joint!

The staff is always super friendly. Wait times are good and the adjustments are great!

Great chiropractors that got 2 or 3 stubborn areas moving again. I could feel a big difference in my back. Also they can use focus instruments to help chronic injured spots.

Horrible location. The staff is always different every other time I go in there. As well as sometimes rude and unhelpfull. I can see why there are many negative reviews of this location. They seem to try to get you in and out as fast as possible and rarely listen to your concerns. I have had better luck at other locations. Though I cancelled my membership due to inconsistency in treatment as well being told things like they do not treat some issues I have (such as my feet). I'm told to just go home and roll a ball on the bottom of my foot!! If they don't want to treat me, fine I will go to a competitor.

The staff is awesome, high quality of care, friendly and fast. I live with chronic back pain so for me regular chiropractic maintenance is a must. The Doctors here are very good! I would definitely suggest them to anyone.

My first experience was great! Seems to really have helped beleave the my sore spot for now! It will be intersting going back again!

I have always had a great experience at The Joint Chiropractic. They provide excellent service and their membership is a better deal than if I were to use my insurance at another chiropractor. I also love that they are open a little later so I can go there after work.

Worst chiropractor I have ever been to. Plus they are shady and try to get y ou into an expensive monthly contract that you have to give them "30 day notice" to cancel. Do not go to these guys. You will regret it in the end

This place is AMAZING. I have been going here for 2 years, and love it. It is no frills, adjust and go, type of office. You get in, get adjusted and leave, and the price CANNOT be beat. Both doctor at this location are fantastic. They know me by name and remember what was bothering me last visit and work with me to get my body in a good state of being. Cannot say enough about The Joint.

Chris the Chiropractor is AMAZING!! Every time I get adjusted by him I feel like a new person

First time at a chiropractors so I don t have another to compare, but my experience was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had no issue at all with my whole experience. My pain was reduced on the first visit, I scheduled more so I m hopeful!!

Dr. Chris is the best. He fixes stuff you didn't know were out of whack.

I was having headaches, back pains , hip pain, it was getting so painful to stand for more than 10 mins. In one place. So my son recommended to go to the joint Chiropractor, I was hesitant at first but I figured I had nothing to lose, after going my first time i felt so relief. My headache wasn't bothering me, my walking was was alot better, no numbing of my legs on arms.
I totally recommend going to Joint Chiropractors at Baseline road by Val Vista.

This is the best location for this company. They take the time to do it right. If you are scared of getting adjusted, visit this place. I watched as someone was very nervous, and the Dr. Was patient and explained everything she was doing. That was really nice.

I was very excited to give this place a try. Made my first appointment and when I showed up the doors were locked! My appointment was at 11 and the sign says they open at 10. I waited 20 minutes and then finally left. Three others also left. Very unprofessional!

The staff is so friendly and the chiropractors are helpful and efficient! Dr Emily and Dr Chris are my favorite!! The wait is never super long and they help my headaches so much!

Dana Park is my favorite location because Dr Chris and Dr Cady are simply the best hands down.
The moment I walked in I was met by a cheerful, smiling face that immediately made me feel calm and relaxed.
They all worked as a team to make my experience as individualized as possible. I m feeling great and can t wait to go back!

I would give them no stars if it was an option. The customer service was horrible. I went there 2-9-2019 5 other people were help before I was even called back. When they finally called me back the chiropractor said you have to be more specific on the paper work that I filled out even though I have been there many times before I will never go back there ever again even though I live 4 minutes away and if I was in the worst pain in my life. So I just walked out with nothing being done. I went to the one on Gilbert Town Square on 2-10-2019 it was worth the wait,pain and drive Dr. Martin at Gilbert town Square was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills

I would give zero star(s) if I could. I left a voice message about needing assistance with notes for my son's clinical information for an insurance pre-authorization and received NO call back. No more business for The Joint. Verve Wellness all the way!

It was my first ever Chiropractor visit and I was nervous. I was amazed how easy it was to get in and seen. Everyone was wonderful and I can't wait to go again!

The Joint is a great place to get your chiropractic work done. The staff is very friendly and helpful, plus they have longer hours to make it easier for your busy schedule. They listen to what s wrong with you and try to help relieve your pain.

I came in for the $29 new patient special. My insurance covers other chiropractors, but my normal chiropractor couldn't get me in today so I gave The Joint a try.

The adjustment was good, but the receptionist, "Candy" laughed in my face when I told her I didn't want to pay $200 for a multiple visit package, since my insurance covers other chiropractors for free. She said I wasn't giving The Joint to try, and was just "using" them.

Sounds like she gets paid commission for pushing their packages, and was mad that I only bought the ADVERTISED promo visit. Generally, sales people aren't supposed to get mad or laugh at customers for not taking the upsell. Very unprofessional.

We walked in before the lady after us.cut in front of us and the chiropractor made excuses for saying her pain may have mattered more. She was so rude. Cancelled our membership. If I could give zero I would. Says something every time you walk I'm there is new people, they can't keep staff!

Had a bad experience here. I was waiting in line like normal, which I had done for 6 months, until new people started coming in after me and then being called to the back first. I saw them come in and they were told about a 30 minute wait. (They seemed to be friends with the receptionist and had a huge conversation). After a few people went back before me, I asked the receptionist what's going on and she said don't worry you are next. After waiting 10 more minutes, she then called off 4 names at once with my name being last. There was no where left to sit in the back and I asked her if she called my name and she said I would be called next. After being frustrated and waiting almost an hour and seeing 10 people come and go, I canceled my membership and will not return.

Different girls are super nice and the doctors even more, I love how the whole process to get an adjustment is quick easy and fast.

Save yourself the trouble and don't go to this location. Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. They will continue to charge your account even after you cancel your membership and they tell you they won't charge your account anymore. Just spent an hour arguing with not only the front desk guy but the manager lady as well to have them refund my account the amount they illegally charged. I had to go as far as threaten with legal action to get them to do it. I would give zero stars if i could!!

Walked in with a totally locked up neck, walked out with complete mobility. Everyone involved was awesome. The girls at the front desk were helpful and friendly, and Dr Emily was able to find and fix the issue quickly. Thanks again to the whole team for making the process "pain free"!

I went to the location on Signal Butte & Baseline. The receptionist was friendly & Helpful. The service was excellent. I felt much better after the visit. I am going to continue to get adjusted due to my arthritis.

I originally decided to see a chiropractor at 32 weeks pregnant due to my lower back bones feeling "stuck," which caused pain every time I bent over or twisted. I saw Dr. Cady Logan for my first visit and she was amazing! She talked me through what was out of place, what she was going to do to help fix it, and asked me to walk around a bit before leaving to make sure her adjustment had helped. It felt like magic! After 2 months of a "stuck" lower back, I had NO PAIN!! Since then I decided to continue seeing Dr. Cady. She adjusts me the best and is always so welcoming, and very good at what she does!!

I was experiencing severe neck pain and visited The Joint hoping they could help. My first visit reduced the pain significantly, and the follow ups fixed the problem. I don't go often, but I did stay on the monthly plan because it's high quality care at a low price. The doctors are great and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. Lovely place to get an adjustment.

I'm really happy with my service and the results that I'm getting. Dr. Ouellette does a great job and the front desk is always pleasant to work with.

I was one day late to get adjusted and they took away an adjustment that cost me $15. Very unfair and don't recommend them. They push the monthly $60 fee and then take it if you're even one day late. Dumb!

Great price and honest to tell me that I needed to go to back fit

Dr. LaRue is the best! Very consistent with his treatments and very knowledgeable. I no longer walk favoring my right leg and I am in much less pain than before. The staff are amazing, friendly, and the environment is relaxing and quiet! Highly recommended!

I've been seeing Chiropractors for 15 years. $50-$60 per visit. All over the country. 90% of whom were private practice and had been in the industry for decades. I have never experienced an adjustment as thorough and consistently effective as I get with the young blonde man at the Dana Park location near AJ's. I hope he never leaves lol. And to top it off. I pay $15 per visit. The Joint has completely revolutionized the industry and made Chiropractic care available to some of the worst afflicted among us.

Ive been coming here about 2 months now, it has helped tremendously with my neck, lower back. I love how quick it is to come in whenever i need to, dont need to schedule an appointment. Im in & out in less than 10 minutes.

Been coming to the Joint in Dana Park for a few years now. I have a monthly membership, its wonderful for weekly maintenance and great to have readily available for those tough times every once in a while where I need a few extra adjustments. Chris LaRue is the best! Hes there on regular weekdays.. They really seem to care about the patients. Thanks guys for taking care of me, I know I'm a "pain in the A**". HA HA.

A lifesaver for a quick adjustment and a healthier lifestyle

Dr. Chris LaRue is Amazing! My wife and I have seen him a few times now and were both feeling much better. He spends ample time analyzing and adjusting you . Ive been seeing chiros for 15 years and he's the first that actually knew what to adjust on the first visit without me having to explain my condition . He taylors your adjustment to your specific needs and isnt like other chiros that just do the "standard " adjustment and send you out the door like a cattle herd . Also, the front staff is very friendly!

I became a client in October of 2015. Since I have been going I have noticed a much better overall feeling with my health. My back is feeling better with each visit. Aaron and Nick are great chiropractors. They have helped me feel much better. The staff is very pleasant too. I'm really glad I joined the Joint. It's one of the best things I did in 2015!!!!

I have been in pain for 3wks and I went in there today and now I feel a lot better. I like how there's no appointment necessary and they're open on the weekends. I will totally recommend my friends to this place. Awesome experience.

I went to my OB at 40.5 weeks pregnant hoping to start some sort of induction. Unfortunately, I was not dilated and the baby was still hanging out super high. Because I d had a previous c-section, we scheduled a c-section for 41 weeks - 2 days later. I had been hoping so much for a VBAC this time and was very disappointed. On the way home from that appointment we stopped by to see our favorite chiropractor at our favorite Joint location to get adjusted before spending all those nights in the hospital. I told Dr. Chris the story and he worked some magic. I went into labor on my own about 12 hours later and our newest little lady was born naturally less than 24 hours after that adjustment!! I got the birth I was hoping for and the sweetest baby. Thank you!!!

I love going to The Joint. I have went to several different offices and they are all great. I do still come back to the Dana Park office when my neck and headaches are really bad. Chris at this office is the only one that can get my neck feeling better and treeline my headaches. Than you Chris.

Do not go to this location how is a 110lb lady gonna crack a 240lb man back and she admitted she couldn t do anything for me but I still have to pay..now that s a rip off I ve given them 4 chances now and same thing with all 4 visits what a waste of a package of visits .I ll pay anything to get relief but it s clearly not coming from this place

Terrible Customer service. I'm not sure if they want business. I simply Called for general pricing and information for a basic adjustment. All I wanted to do was come in and pay cash for a simple adjustment. The receptionist argued with me on the phone about the source of my back pain. After I came to the conclusion with her that I was unsure where It came from she basically told me they just do "maintenance and wellness" and don't deal with back pain basically telling me I needed to go somewhere else. Is this a Chiropractic office?

I have been to over 5 joint locations in the valley and am confident that these guys provide the highest level of care. Dr. Nick and Aaron always take their time in addressing my needs and I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. There was a time I came in to the joint using crutches and walked out without crutches. These guys are the real deal. Affordable, convenient, and fun to work with. These guys represent the Joint in a phenomenal way and I'm sure the company would be proud that this team communicates the core values and goals of the company, as a whole.

Great staff and clean office! They do want you to sign up for a monthly plan, but they definitely do not pressure you into it as far as I've seen. Both my wife and I have been going to this location for a few months now and would definitely recommend it to friends, family and anyone we meet!
