Thinique Medical Weight loss Review

I had gained the COVID 20 !
I needed to lose the weight.
Walking into Thinique I immediately felt relaxed.
The staff is warm and friendly. They walked my husband and I through an amazing weight lose journey.
The weekly meal plans were easy to follow with things you could purchase from the grocery store.
We both have reached our goal weight however we will continue to check in weekly for a B-12 skinny shot. We both need the accountability lol...plus the staff is awesome.
I highly recommend Thinique for your weight loss journey!

I have been going here a year and lost 40 lbs.
I could of made my goal sooner but I love me some good cake!!!
However this diet isn't for everyone. I would suggest you don't sign any contact until you know you like this diet. They offer week to week option also.

I LOVE this place!!! I lost 7 lbs my first week of doing the diet and I only want to lose 15 pounds! My husband did it with me and lost 12 lbs his first week and hit his goat weight after losing 35 lbs. We did ALL of this while taking the amino acids. In fact he tried phentermine and said Amino Acids they gave worked WAY better then the prescription and plus there isn't any side effects. After my mom saw us losing weight she decided to do it too! She amazingly went from a size 16 to a size 8 in pants! The NP there Susan is soo nice and helpful. My best friend is also a success story poster in the food consult room! I just love how much they truly care about your health and teaching you how to eat healthy to lose the weight and to keep it off!

We decided to do this Thinique weight loss regimen as a couple and from day one Kimber and her staff were incredibly friendly and involved. Kimber explained the program, incorporated our goals and customized individual plans for each of us. She even threw in some incentives and extras to sweeten the
deal . The real draw was the simplicity of the menus, shopping lists and complete lack of any pressure from Kimber or the staff. Over the many weeks we have become healthier, lost the weight and made great friends with Kimber and the staff at Thinique.
They truly do care!

I have signed up for weight loss help twice thru them and they have been very helpful. The only thing I can complain about is that they need to provide more meal plan ideas so you don't get tired of eating the same thing. Other than that I have been very successful losing weight with their assistance. I love this place. I only wish they had an office closer to the H.E.B area.

I started January 18th of this year and as of july 15th I am down 50 pounds and still going .I love it .

I definitely would be leery of the CoolSculpting here. I got it done and my thighs are not even and they don't look quite right. I'm going to have to go somewhere else to fix what they did... Also, I spent a lot of money here for diet services and they closed their doors without much notice and I lost all my benefits that I already paid a lot of money for. They re-opened with a new owner but I'm not willing to spend more money when they never fulfilled what they already owed me.

This place is AMAZING! The program is easy to follow and provides true lifestyle change with long lasting results. The staff is super supportive. They are down to earth and fun...feels like family! I look forward to every visit not to mention looking forward to everyday. Thinique gave me my life back!

Save yourself a lot of money and talk to your primary care physician and/or PA. After I signed my non refundable contract and paid an obscene amount of money (for diet plan and support) all they had to offer me was THEIR "amino acid" appetite control tabs that THEIR company made! I was not obese, but wanted to loose about 15 or so pounds. I was otherwise a healthy and fit person who has regular physicals. When my tests came in from Thinque, my cholesterol levels "were just too low" and my liver numbers were slightly elevated." Meaning my LDL number was really low and the liver number was slighty out of range. They had the lab re -run the test...same result. So, even though they have my obscene amount of money in their hand, they refused to offer me any type of typical diet support, other than their own amino acid pills (which who knows how "safe" these pills are). So, they told me to see my PCP for approval. When I met with my PCP, he was astonished at the obscene amount of money I spent as well as them reading my labs as anything but healthy. He listened to my needs and concerns and 6 dollars later (at Wlagreens) I had my legitimate appetite suppressant plus my medical insurance - covered - appointments to follow up and support my nutritional needs covered!!!!! And..... to top it off...I had decided to still use Thinique as a "dietician and accountability" resource since they had my OBSCENE amount of money....and when they learned of my PCP involvement, they became annoyed and rude and made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I spent the time writing this in hopes that I can help someone gain confidence in discussing their weight issues with their DOCTOR. I sure wish I would have. I never write reviews, and I hate confrontation. But this experience was one of the worst for me considering the amount of money that I invested in this journey.

Oh and side note...I have let go of the 15 pounds, BP is perfect and I'm feeling good!
