I have been a patient of The joint chiropractic for the past year. I was mainly going to the Tempe location as that was my "home" location. I have never had any problems when anybody until I met Candy at the Dana Park location.
I called to see if there was anything I can do to get my auto draft postponed for 5 days. Candy was very defensive from the very beginning. She kept clarifying that I would have to come in to the office. She was very difficult to deal with so to avoid any issues I just told her that I would just come into the office to take care of it, not a problem. She offered to look up my account and call me back. I told her there's no need I'm just going to come down and take care of it and then we hung up. Maybe she mistook my acceptance for the opposite of? I don't know?
So I came into the Dana Park location. I walked in and I introduced myself very friendly very kind to Candy. When he realized who I was her face instantly turned red. The first words out of her mouth were "I tried to call you but your phone number isn't updated."
I say, "Okay, I'll get it updated I wasn't really expecting a call anyway so not a big deal."
Then she tells me I have to go to the Tempe location to make any changes. Again, kindly I told her "Ok that's not a problem, but I do remember that there was one woman who worked in this office who had access to both the Tempe system and the Gilbert system. Do you know when she will be here next?"
She then said "No there isn't, I can't give you that info."
I then told her "Ok, no problem. how would I go about transferring my home store to this location? Would I do it---"
Candy then cut me off and would not let me finish speaking and then told me that I would have to go to the Tempe location that there's nothing she can do for me.
I was totally confused about where she got this passive aggressive attitude from. maybe someone was mean to her right before that and she took it out on me? I was polite the entire time I wasn't upset I was never mean to her. I was over-the-top nice.
I ended up canceling my membership at the Tempe location. The receptionist there, Nicole, was awesome one of the best I've ever dealt with. Thank you Nicole. Maybe if they get Candy out of there I'll come back. I'm reading the reviews and it seems to be a repeated problem at this location, you all should take note and secret shop her.
