Bought many accessories for various phones, including tempered glass, silicon cases, and quick chargers. They arrived without any major delays, the service and the progress updated was perfect, the prices very reasonable, and due to the total cost the shipping was actually free. I would like to see more variety on older tablet cases thought or generic cases for 7in tablets that can be used also as a stand. Defiantly will recommend it to friends.

Unacceptable treatment by the employee in the middle of a bad walk in window for a telephone and instead of admitting his mistake he said that he could not do anything because the blisters coming out were damp. Turn it off if you can't.

Flawless service, friendly environment, a wide variety of cases and accessories. All at very affordable prices (something I don't find easily in neighborhood stores). The placement in the glass is perfect. In general, I was very happy. I will definitely prefer it again.

Non-existent after sales service.
Genuine expensive charger that broke down within a month and a half (and not from misuse as the customer is so easily blamed).
The standard manager and his responses to my call to take responsibility for the product have consistently relied on company policy and cable legislation.
A! And the best they could do, they told me, was give me a 25% discount coupon for the next purchase.

Good evening, I am the one who put forward a comment. We are referring to easy mail, they are unacceptable, I am thinking of canceling the order every day, they tell me tomorrow, I suggest you change it !!!

Change your courier service if you want to call eshop! We are waiting for a ten-day parcel that you have sent with ACS in Athens and we are still mocking while we have prepaid it with a card !!! Unacceptable, they play a very big role in an eshop.

Excellent service as long as you don't ask for nonsense like I read in other reviews. The customer is not always right, we just give it to him! So in a reasonable context I always had excellent service, and good communication by phone or email, and top the xiomi 9t cases and Samsung quick charger that I bought. no problem except 1 cable that was cut. if the shipping reason covid19 was delayed it's never the store's fault but instead I was informed in advance that it might be a little late.
